El hotel promete lujo y diseño moderno, pero la experiencia no está a la altura del precio. El lobby resulta muy sencillo y, aunque el ambiente es oscuro, se notaba polvo en los ascensores y el aseo en general no se veía impecable. La zona de jacuzzi es muy limitada (solo dos camillas para descansar), el desayuno bastante básico y los precios del spa son más altos que en el Grand Hyatt, que en mi experiencia es superior en todos los aspectos. En conclusión, es un hotel con buena propuesta estética, pero la relación costo–beneficio no corresponde con el estándar de lujo que dice ofrecer.

From US here. The brunch that goes with the suites is literally 12/10. So many fresh options for healthy eaters. Room service is great & they made accommodations for us outside our hours for our dry cleaning when there was a crazy rain one night.

I’ve stayed here 4-5 times over the years. The staff remains excellent, but the lobby, hallways and rooms could use a refresh. Black carpet in hallways has bleach spots. Sheer white curtains in room aren’t so white anymore - stained and snagged. Some of gold drapes were falling off tracks. Fabric worn off the corner of the bedframe - I cut my leg on exposed wooden frame. White furniture is scraped and stained. Offwhite floor tiles have bleach spots. Too much clutter on the furniture in the room - cocktail shaker, ice bucket, mini bar, signage. Sensor caused closet to light to flicker on and off all night. Someone did come to address all the problems within a short time, but still… We received a complimentary “upgrade” to a king suite, but it was actually smaller than the wonderful king. The “suite” is not really a suite but rather a wonderful king with a column splitting the room into separate spaces. The column actually takes space away from the room. Hotel has free hot water in the lobby, but when I went to get hot water from the lobby at 3:30am, there was none. I asked at the front desk and was told they could bring some to my room. A few minutes later, someone showed up with a carafe of hot water, tea bags, and sugar - AND a room service charge for me to sign! I was expecting a free cup on hot water - not room service. Not possible to reserve room for 2 with breakfast for 2. Hotel only has option to include 1 breakfast at time of reservation.

Quartiere un po’ fuori e a un oretta dall’aereoporto. Sicuramente si consiglia per viaggi di lavoro.

Definitivamente calidad W Mi estancia fue increíble el servicio excepcional de todo el personal El desayuno incluido en la tarifa si bien no es tan amplio es suficiente con comida del tipo americana y algunas opciones colombianas Aún así si no te convence el bufete siempre te dan la opción de prepararte algo en el momento El servicio de todo el personal en el desayuno INCREÍBLE !!!! El gym está muy completo La habitación no esperaba menos calidad W Definitivamente regreso a este hotel Solo tengan más control con el consumo de su minibar Querían cobrarme una botella de cortesía y unas galletas que eran mías no eran parte del minibar Sin embargo se los aclaré y no me cuestionarían confiaron en mí y ese gesto se agradece

Hôtel #1 Staff #1 Seulement qu’à mon arrivé (tôt le matin) le service n’était pas au courant que j’avais réservé ma chambre pour le matin. J’ai donc dû payer un extra.. aucune autre option.

Manager was passive aggressive and condescending. Everyone else was great! Especially, Brenda and Tatiana.

We stayed here again this time to have a birthday party here. Amazing staff anf exceptional service..Everytime we stay we enjoy the breakfast. We enjoy the music and the safety of the Santa Barbara area has to offer.I have condo here and home in lamesa cundinamarca. It is nice to have paties decorated and food and drinks .

Wonderful hotel with amazing views and gorgeous room. Used spa, gym and hair salon and all were amazing with super friendly staff. Can highly recommend!
