Unfriendly staff and poor facilities.

The issues for which the hotel was in anyway terrible was the careline and some persons at the reception. It had became the only unpleasant experience during my 2 weeks stay in Croatia and Slovenija. The A/C had the sound of trembling every 1 or 2 mins. I called the “careline”. They told me it will gradually disappear when the room cools down. 1hrs latter, it was still there. A technician came and told me it’s because of de moisture effect. He did help put something to decrease the noise but the trembling sounds were still there. The next morning, I checked with the reception if it’s normal, she didn’t reply the question and told me she will send another technician to check it again. She didn’t confirm if it’s sol either after the breakfast. I had to confirm once more again she told me that every room has the same situation and it's considered normal there. The other thing is the transport fee to the airport; it should be at a discount price of 140 kuna “immediately” after you apply for membership as it showed on ad. The lady at the reception originally told me the 140 kuna apply for next time after I applied. I had to double check again then the other younger lady in the reception told me it should be 140 this time, not 190, not next time. Beyond these two issues, everything is professional: people helped a lot parking at arrival; restaurant was good; generously free extra cookies to kids; swim pool was perfect,people work over there are kind and help a lot.

Arrived early before check in time but was allowed to check in and got upgraded. Very polite and helpful staff. Room is clean. Location is just a bit far away from Dolac Market and other attractions.

浴室設計不喜歡 洗個澡一定滿地都是濕的 不然就要很小心...... 然後附近沒有什麼東西 其他部分都還不錯

1. unstable wi-fi 2. Did not tell we need to pay tax when we check in 3. extremely bad attitude and service of front desk staff named Tomislav. He did behave and did not respect guests and we hereby raised a serious complaint on him.

The beds where very comfortable which is so important when traveling. The rooms where large and clean. The hotel pool and gym facilities where modern, and kept up incredibly well by the staff. Would highly recommend everyone and everything at this premium hotel. Also the Hilton Doubletree cookies are the best!

Odalar çok temiz ve konforlu. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. Bar da görevli Mia ise harika biri.

All staff, especially the receptionists, lack training. They are rude and ill-mannered. I was served by someone with NO NOTION OF HOSPITALITY.

Liebes Team , das Hotel an sich war super . Wir hatten zu dritt für eine teure Übernachtung ein nettes Zimmer erhalten . In erster Linie haben wir die Unterkunft wegen Gym und Wellness Bereich / Schwimmbad und Sauna gebucht . Das war sehr , sehr dreckig . Das Schwimmbad hatte anscheinend Keime - das Wasser war trüb , voller Haare und anderer einziger Partikel . Ich war geneu für eine Bahn in dem Schwimmbad . Eigentlich toll angelegt , leider sehr dreckig . Die Sauna wurde mit Bekleidung und ohne Handtücher genutzt . Nicht jeder muss saunaregeln kennen aber mannsollte wenigstens kontrollieren und darauf hinweisen als gutes Hotel . Leider habe ich mir aus dem verleimten Wasser einen Virus oder Bakterien geholt . Ohrenschmerzen ff . Sehr schade und enttäuschend . Wir nutzen öfter die IHG Kette . Dieses war leider - zumindest im Wellness und spa Bereich - sehr dreckig . Ich habe die Wasserqualität am Abend gemeldet . Morgens war weder eine Besserung zu erkennen , noch der Pool gesperrt . Viele Grüße

The check-in was 1st Class, the bar beside is really well-stocked and convenient, the food is excellent. The room felt very modern and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and saunas (there are 2) are very upscale. It was easy to find.

Garage pro Tag 25€ viel zu überteuert, Wasser auf den Zimmern 3 € , keine einzige Flasche inclusive obwohl das Hotel schon teuer ist, habe ich so noch nirgends erlebt, Frühstück überschaubar nichts besonderes
