This was not the trip my family and I had expected. Most notable points are - apartment was advertised as being in old town and very central, it wasn’t and was 20 mins out of town. It’s on a steep hill so really isn’t suitable for anyone who doesn’t like a hike. What’s more I had emailed the management company before to confirm the address and they stayed silent. I spoke personally with the agent and they said they were aware of this but seemingly are happy for it to continue. WE were given a lesser apartment on arrival, we didn’t accept this and had to come back many hours later whilst they got things sorted. Unfortunately the shower wasn’t working correctly and wasn’t fixed despite a number of requests. The drains were blocked and so it just filled up the base. The cleaning wasn’t great the floors weren’t cleaned and we had to clean it our self with kitchen roll. We had a baby and she just got filthy every time she was on the floor. There wasn’t any cleaning products so we did the best we could. On the only plus side the apartment was a good spec with nice views and a great terrace outside. Having raised these issues to the management company they were very dismissive and whilst admitted the issue and were sorry, offered no foe of concession for the incorrect location details. I requested a 1 night reimbursement across a 4 days stay and just received abuse. I’d you don’t mind a walk up and down the hill this place is nice, just not it’s not in the centre.
