Vi havde et skønt ophold, på dette dejlige og velholdte hotel. Lige fra ankomst til morgenmad, var det en meget god opleves at besøge hotel Phoenix. Beliggenheden er derudover fuldstændig fantastisk.

Hotellet ligger bra placerat nära Nyhavn och du har gångavstånd till det mesta. Härlig atmosfär på hotellet och trevlig personal. Det som var mindre bra var vid frukosten fanns endast en kaffe maskin i funktion, få te sorter samt var smöret stenhårt vilket förtog det hela en del. Frukosten i övrigt var mycket bra med stor variation.

This hotel is in a great location, but it needs a refurbishment. The tiny bath tub was very worn and pitted. The floor was so sloped that it felt like you where drunk. And the whole floor smelt of old carpet. The check in was the worst I have ever experienced. Go there for the location, if you can ignore the cons. Pretty sure our room was a bit haunted.. TV shut down without any input every night. And the lights on the bathroom had a mind of their own! I wont go there again, but it was an OK experience. To be fair this is a very old building. Go there if you like old charm. I wanted to extent the stay for six hours, and offered to pay for a full day. Was told the hotel was full. Checked on the web, they had rooms available. Asked if I should book through the web. Then magically they “found” a room. Plenty of much better hotels around in CPH.
