The check-in was bad. The staff were dishonest. I checked in at 4pm. First allocated me to a queen room for four (which appeared upgrade) but upon entering the room, it got two problems:1/ strong pipe smell on opening the toilet door 2/ it’s right in front of the elevators. I went down to the reception counter to change of room, I said I don’t want a spacious room, I want to have a quiet room. The staff refused to change the room for me and said they were fully booked, I asked for possibility of changing room after two or three days ( since I stayed for 5 days) the other staff then interrupted and said no chance of swapping room as all fully booked . Then I told them the toilet was smelly, I asked the staff to come up and check and feel the smell. Few minutes later, he knocked my door and agreed the bad smell was present and then immediately take a key from his pocket and showed me a normal queen room few rooms next door! The room was smaller ( it’s alright as it’s the type of room I booked) and the toilet has no pipe smell! Concerning the facility, the sink drained really slow and it’s a bit disgusting when u brush the teeth or washing hands The shower was ok although it’s just separated by a curtain and the area of sink easily get wet and messy. The other things were outdated- The door of the toilet need need effort to close it. If there is a fitness room it will be better as there is minimal facilities. Not many want to play tennis I suppose. Tasty buffet breakfast

房間空間很大，但酒店有點舊，浴室去水很慢。酒店工作人員太少，晚上房間冷氣有問題，但要等很久才有回覆。

Good location, clean room, great breakfast and nice staff.

酒店距離Vesterport St.火車站附近, 從車站到酒店只是兩至三分鐘路程. 而且酒店大堂對著大馬路, 不用擔心安全問題. 附近有超級市場, 購買日用品還算方便. 但附近沒甚麼餐廳及大型購物商場, 通常都要走到市中心. 市內很多景點都不近火車站, 通常回程都會乘巴士到 Hovedbanegården (Vesterbrogade) 下車, 再步行五分鐘左右回酒店.

Location was good

The hotel is situated in the center of the city. Most of the touristical places are reachable per foot. The service personnel is very friendly, we got help finding a parking lot for the 3 days of stay. The hotel however is situated opposite a highly frequented train station, so the noise ist quite disturbing. Used ear plugs during night time. Nevertheless, we would recommend this hotel and enyoued our stay.

Good breakfast. Convenient to walk into the city and also a metro outside.

Väldigt varmt på rummen, ingen AC. Och öppnade man fönstert gick det inte att va där för oväsen från gatan utanför.

Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is only few minutes walk to train station, hop on and off station and Tivoli. Happy to stay here again.

The toilet did not work and the water could not run through the sink. Bad experience😡😡

Good location, a short walk from Copenhagen central station, pretty city view from the room, which was quiet. Good breakfast and easy check in/check out.

Vieillot et mal entretenu( Porte de salle de bain abimée). Lit du canapé lit peu confortable

Localisation parfaite. Personnel pas eu besoin d’intéragir avec le personnel excepté jeune femme à la réception le soir du 14 août attitude impolie et hautaine, pas d’explication sur ma demande seule ment un NON bête. Elle n’est vraiment pas à la bonne place avec le public. Je n’ai que demandé ma facture papier car nous partions tôt le lendemain matin (grève Air Canada planait) NON catégorique sans explication.

Hotel 2 blocks from train station. No air conditioning, but they did have a little fan. No fridge and no ice for drinks. Breakfast buffet was good. Was tub/ shower. Beds were very soft .

Hotellet ligger väldigt bra. Nära till mycket så de va possetivt! Rummet va stort och fint dock ingen AC som funka så fruktansvärt varm. Fick upp en fläkt till rummet tack och lov. Frukosten var ok men för priset hade jag nog förväntat mig lite mer buffé faktiskt. Vi hade svårt att komma in med våra kort till rummet men Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.
