나일강 부분전망 객실 소음은 아쉬웠지만, 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박
나일강 부분 전망 객실로 예약했는데, 객실이 도로 쪽에 가까워 밤에 소음이 꽤 있어 귀마개를 끼고 자야했습니다. 조용함을 중요하게 생각한다면 부분 전망보다는 나일강 전체 전망이나 안쪽 객실이 더 나을 것 같아요.
호텔 자체는 오래된 편이지만 정원이 예뻐서 머무는 동안 전반적인 분위기는 좋았습니다. 조식 공간에서도 나일강 뷰를 볼 수 있어 기분 좋았고, 조식 메뉴도 다양했습니다. 빵이랑 커피가 맛있었어요! 호텔 내 레스토랑 가격도 합리적인 편이고, 분위기도 좋아 여러 번 이용했습니다.
또한 경비원들이 택시를 탈 때마다 기사 정보를 기록해 주는 점에서 안전하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 호텔 안에 수수료 없는 ATM 기계가 있는 점도 여행자 입장에서는 꽤 편리했습니다.
전반적으로 직원들 서비스가 친절했고, 뷰와 분위기가 좋아 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

The staff are really helpful. We had the Nile view room so greeted with a view of the Nile each day. The buffet breakfast and dinner was good with plenty of vegetarian options although staying for a week I would in hindsight eat out more in the evening. The bathroom was on the small side. Great grounds and the pool area was a great place to watch the sunset.

Room was fine, good amount of space, comfortable, clean, and mostly well equipped. Plates and eating utensils would be an improvement though. The common areas and the garden and restaurants were very nice. And the location along the river was all so very nice. While building seems reasonably new, the gardens and landscaping seemed older and were very charming. The view from the bar was beautiful. We ate at the pizza restaurant and found it very good. One big annoyance was that WiFi never worked anywhere. This seems to be normal in Egypt. It’s very hard to get working WiFi.

Location wise it’s good - next to the up-building four seasons. While most rooms are facing the main road and the noise isolation is poor. Cleanliness is poor except the bed sheet that particular layer. Room lighting is dim. No dental kit was provided. Furniture is old. Only one socket is working. Front desk service is good but disappointed that I am charged 500LE for posting postcards ( note it’s day off for post office but I rather pay 500 for an upgrade to the room if ever possible). While to reflect the stay after a day - you can’t ask for more in Luxor anyway.

Room condition: only bed and rest room are acceptable, room carpet is too dirty with old furniture.
Publice area is only well maintained place.
Breakfast and paid served food in restaurant are most valuable to the room rate.
Location: 10-15min by walk from Luxor railway station and Luxor temple. Not bad.
Recommend if you don't mind room condition.

1.位置尚可，不是在鬧區 2.櫃台人員服務差，收了美金現金，也沒找零，說是沒零錢找，非常誇張，早知道就刷卡 ，辦理住宿也沒說早餐在哪裡，網路密碼也沒說，都要自己問問問 3.浴室熱水一點都不熱，無法好好洗澡4.早餐種類算多，是比較欣慰的一點，整體來說，如果預算多一些，不建議住這間，可以選離火車站更近一些的飯店

飯店太老舊了，吹風機風口很小check in時櫃檯小姐比較不客氣，飯店也沒有行程可以參加，沒有外幣可以兌換，離市區也有一段距離，但room service還不錯，下次有機會想換另一家飯店試試看

這是一間環境優美，物超所值的飯店，本來應該住的很開心，但12月2日吃早餐時，9:40有員工來提醒早餐10結束，但我們還想再喝一杯熱茶，但那位員工卻故意不倒茶給我們，讓我們等很久，還是隔壁桌的外國人提醒他要幫我們倒茶。這是種族歧視？不喜歡東方人嗎？有這種員工，飯店的整體分數降低了許多。

The public area is much better than the room. Room is really old and the bed is uncomfortable. I doubt that the chef and waiter in the restaurant for breakfast discriminate against Chinese because when we went to the restaurant, they just stood by chatting with no intention to serve us, unlike how they treated westerners. The only good thing is that the location is convenient to get to Luxor Temple and downtown.

Hotel is fairly old, and it looks it. But everything was perfect. Staff very friendly, amenities were great, and the location is beyond perfect.
There's some construction noise coming from the neighboring hotel under construction, but we could easily sleep through it.

The lobby area is beautiful, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The pool area also looked inviting. The breakfast was too good. However, the room itself was just okay and felt a bit dated. Additionally, on the first day of our stay, the sink was blocked. While the issue was fixed promptly, it wasn’t something you want to encounter right after checking in, especially when using the bathroom for the first time.
