Handy place and comfy small room. Unfortunately the glass shelves and kettle in the room were super dusty and ruined the overall super professional and clean image the hotel was aiming for

Two night stay. Basement room which had a strange smell and was quite small but decor was nice.

部屋は広くない。エレベーターなし。でも事前にホテルから、利用についての連絡がくるので、考えることができた。朝ごはんは、シンプルで健康的。シャワーは、固定でも可動でも使える。ドアを閉める音が大きいが、気にしないようにした。駅を使い分けられて、交通の便は悪くない。

Lovely hotel! Just half a mile from shops, restaurants and theatres. Little details thought of in the Room like a USB-C/iPhone charging lead, recycling options, floor-standing fan, a couple of different mirrors and a few lighting options. Continental breakfast nice. Staff professional.

The room was very small—not even enough space to open up my suitcase. This is an ok option for solo travel, but I wouldn’t recommend to have multiple people stay together. The room was also very warm during the summer—the small fan on the side table was a saving grace.

Very convenient and affordable!

Direct, low price for basic stay in central London. Clean, quite and even a respectable continental breakfast. Highly recommended for low budget or if you just like to spend a night.

I'm glad I got to the breakfast room early, as advised. I couldn't find any saucers or eggcups, but it was all part of the fun! The bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. Having read comments about a lack of air con, I was delighted to have cool air from the built-in fan on such a warm night.

What a lovely little hotel with staff that are happy to help and offer advice on the local area. The breakfast was an added bonus . Needed an extra fan for the room as it was warm and stafff happy to provide , I would stay here again when visiting London.

Lovey hotel. Great location near Tottenham Court Rd. Pubs, restaurants, transport close by. Breakfast was fine for us - cereal, toast, fruit, yoghurt, boiled eggs, pastries. We were on the third floor with no lift, so a bit of a struggle but we managed.

Mousetraps visible in hallway had me lying awake almost all night! We arrived early and guy on reception was not particularly friendly welcoming or helpful gave us stickers to put on some of our luggage and told us to come back at 3pm. Shower really difficult to use due to setting and inability to change water direction. A pity as the actual room was well done and hotel is in a great position

We got the room that was the farthest down, and had no help carrying our bags to the very bottom of that basement. We did like the breakfast but the room felt claustrophobic and had a weird smell.

Great location for theatres, central London and good facilities at he hotel.

Nous avons passé un execellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous étions 2adultes et une adolescente. Le métro était pas loin, les boutiques juste à côté. Personnel accueillant et gentil

This one of the worst hotels i have stayed in,1) bathroom so small 2) Room for grown-up adults very small 3) Metal bars on the windows so if there is a fire in the basement you have no hope of getting out.4) Staff need help to be friendly and unstand what you want. 5).This hotel is not value for money.

Great location and also the hotel met the expectations for the price range. But the heating system were awfull and the room was +25 celcius.

Winzig und sehr laut. Zimmer mit Klima sind nur im 3.OG. Straßenlärm die ganze Nacht. Irre. Die Zimmer sind winzig und ohne Schrank oder Haken. Man kann nichts auspacken oder aufhängen. Wir haben eine Woche aus dem Koffer gelebt,welcher auf dem schiefen Fußboden lag. Bett war okay,aber genau so abschüssig wie der Zimmerboden.Wer mit Koffern in den 3.Stock muss,dem gehört schon mal mein Respekt. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Nur eine enge Treppe führt zu den Zimmern. Das sogenannte Badezimmer ist ein Waschplatz von ca.80x1,80. Kein Scherz.Das ist kein Bad,das ist ne Frechheit. Es gibt nix um Handtücher aufzuhängen. Kein Haken,kein nix. Bei Ankunft lagen die Handtücher auf dem Bett, da man im "Bad" nichts aufhängen oder ablegen kann. Hab ich so noch nie erlebt. Duschwanne aus Plastik war mehrfach gebrochen. Interessiert offensichtlich erst jmd.wenn der Wasserschaden im Zimmer darunter größer wird. Frühstück war im total heißen Kellerraum. Ich schwöre es gab 7 Tage Salami und Käse. Müsli,Industriesaft,Toastbrot,Filterkaffee, Marmelade,Äpfel,Apfelsinen und steinhart gekochte Eier runden den Start in den Tag ab. Tip: um die Ecke Frühstück essen gehen. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut,da U-Bahn fußläufig gut erreichbar ist. Auch leckere kleine Restaurants sind in der Nähe. FAZIT: Nie im Leben 4 Sterne !!! Winziges Hotel mit Kleinstzimmern und Waschplatz. Sehr laut und stickig. Ein zweites mal?: NEIN
