The service is good, people are nice, very recommend for road trip family. It is close to bath and oxford.

It was great, Fantastic Breakfast and a great running trail opposite

The hotel staff were pleasant ad the room comfortable. Food was reasonably priced in the restaurant

The room was swelteringly hot. I tried to ask staff to fix it, but I guess I didn’t ask the right member of staff. The bathroom shower didn’t drain so I was standing in dirty water while I showered. The toilet also needed to be flushed multiple times before it worked. I’m sure I just got a bad room, but the experience wasn’t great. They asked if I’d be back, maybe to offer a discount, but I said no because I wouldn’t stay get again.

A very pleasant stay, friendly staff and a good breakfast to start the day off well.

Was a clean room

Just stayed a night but accomodation was perfect for us. Clean and close to motorway, in good location for exploring.

The bed was not comfortable at all.

Great dependable hotel, our go to place when in Swindon. Friendly staff and great clean and well equipped rooms. One negative point not highlighted when booking, there is a charge for parking.

Great stay as always, no complaints other than parking fees as not aware when booking. Great friendly reception.

Lovely hotel, comfortable stay and good dining options. Only thing to mention is AC, which doesn’t work as expected. It takes ages to cool the room. Rest all brilliant.

Had a very disappointing stay here at the double tree Swindon. We arrived quite late at night after travelling for hours with our two children. When my children went to get into bed there were dirty tissues shoved down the side of their bed and who knows what was on them! I rang and complained and I must say they did move us right away to another room but it was the last thing we needed so late at night. I always stay at the Hilton’s double tree when we go anywhere because I think they are good value for money and I know what I am getting. Well I usually do and this wasn’t it. Unfortunately the beds were very hard and uncomfortable too! I must admit this has changed my mind about staying at one of these hotels again!
