Stayed 5 nights First 3 nights was good Fourth night there was police knocking the door and came Fifth night fire alarm ringing at 3am two times. A bit scary for the last 2 nights

Room Is small, not so much space ,suitble for people that don't have big luggage

The size of the room is small and without a table & a kettle.

Hotel staffs are really nice, room is really small and walls are really thin. I was staying the room that my window just next to street, can be really noisy at night.

The staff were welcoming and polite, the room was clean and perfect for a quick overnight stay before heading onward to the airport. This was our second stay at this hotel, both times in the basement rooms, but I found it was a quite noisy at night this time, with passersby and cars playing loud music at the traffic lights. The WiFi signal was also quite poor, so watching TV wasn’t really an option. Otherwise, it was perfect for my husband and I, and I’m pleased with the cleanliness and price.

No one in reception for 10 mins. Noisy with thin walls / windows. Hard bed. No hot water.

Clean room, everything ok just your big standard no thrills easy hotel, good location for Manchester City center

I wanted to like this hotel but there are plenty downside for a “budget hotel” that’s not so budget on the price yet lacking essentials for an hotel like Premier Inn. First the positives, the hotels looks newly innovated, clean modern, great lighting well built and use of space. Bathroom has clean shower and good water pressure and hot water. Now, I’ve been visiting the UK every year for 4 years in a row, I’ve always stayed at Premier Inn except for this year due to some weird reasons the price doubled during the week I am visiting so I had to look for other options. For 90 quid a night, the “double room” is tiny, there is no desk / table, chair, you can barely have room for your suitcase, bathroom has no room for tuning round, TWO hangers with a weird design that could have been just given a bar mounted to the wall with extra hangers. No kettle, tea / coffee packs, but the coffee machines will cost you 3 pound per drink. If you need room cleaned meaning fresh bed sheets and towel, 15 pound per day! Meanwhile last year 2024, I stayed at Premier Inn Piccadilly costed me 80 pound per night only, free room cleaning, free tea coffee milk packs with a kettle, special room with extra sofa, desk chair, massive room size and its just a standard room. All in all, I will NEVER, book easyHotel ever again, it honestly felt like a scam deal. Lovely staff I have to say, great people but the hotel, never agian, not when Premier Inn is just steps away.

Just disappointing. Area is a bit downtrodden. Room is cramped. No work desk in room. No common area to work in. Unlit staircase.
