Euston Square Hotel

1.位置極佳 火車站LONDON EUSTON，underground Euston站 行5分鐘，Euston square站 1分鐘，Warren St.站2分鐘。行3,4分鐘就有幾間超市。仲有巴士可選擇 2. 因為舊樓改裝，走廊窄，房間細，要打開兩個大行李箱，就冇路行。只有小枱面，冇柜。浴室是全玻璃門，抽氣扇強度隋光暗增減，所以睡覺時，調暗就抽氣好弱，洗左衫就好難乾，就算開大冷氣也一樣。 3. 入住時浴室馬桶上方有一扇窗，窗前有一凹位，嚇然發現有一條男裝內褲

厠所有點怪異！沒有浴廉！

we stayed 4 nites. Room was not cleaned. I checked in around 9:00pm. The shower gel bottle and the shampoo bottle in the bathroom were broken. There were hairs on the floor of the shower room. This condition keep on for every day. Towels were yellowish and don't feel clean.

The hotel is right at the corner of a busy street and above the metro. Excellent location but very noisy (you can hear ambulance siren all the time, because it's across the street from the University of London's hospital.

Location is great and very convenient with metro station nearby (less than 5 mins walk). Lots of restaurants within walk distance (10 mins). Hotel service is good and clean.

Short 1-night work stay. Staff super helpful and friendly. Room clean and very warm (which is very important this time of year). Would stay again for sure.

Room was fine overall - bit dingy

Window was leaking and let rain in so floor was wet. No electrical sockets worked in room, assumed didn’t work due to water ingress.

We arrived 3 hours early and the staff were great let us check in early, room was clean but on the small side, food looked good but never had Breakfast. Expensive for a standard double £171, location was perfect not far from the station, staff could not fault, just pricy fot the size of the room.

The staff were very welcoming and we even got an upgrade. The room was spotless and we had dinner in the restaurant which was first class service. We weren't leaving London until much later in the day and they allowed us to leave our luggage with them. Excellent service in all areas x

Rooms were quite small but expected in the heart of London. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I had booked 2 night stay in a twin room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't have hot water on our first morning but this was recitified once I had notified reception. One thing did annoy me. When one checks into hotels it is not uncommon to be asked to register a credit card and a small nominal transaction takes place, (I assume to check the card works) in case of any billable extras. We had paid for our room in advance and didn't require any extras. However, having checked out (and because i had pre paid) I later noticed on my credit card transactions an additional £9.61 charge against my card. I rang the hotel to ask why I had been charged and was told that it was a service fee which goes to the staff. On the basis I had no hot water on our first day and the fact that wasn't informed of the service fee I asked for it to refunded. I made my first request the day I checked out and was told I would be refunded immediately. One week later I still wasn't refunded so contacted the hotel again who said again they would immediately refund me. 24 hours later they still haven't. Guess who I will be ringing tomorrow.
