The hotel is modern, stylish, and recently updated, with a consistently high standard throughout both the rooms and common areas. The service was truly exceptional – especially at the front desk, where the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They combined professionalism with charm, humor, and genuine warmth. We stayed at the hotel in May this year, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London, and we highly recommend this hotel to others.

The staff were super lovely on our short stay in london, they were super polite and check in was easy and fast, as well our room was upgraded for free which was a lovely surprise . The room was great and had all the basic necessities & was clean and modern. A good location as well, there are many tube stops in the area as well as cafes and shops a short walk away.

The room was quiet and good for a short stay. The room was small and had to store luggage under the bed or behind door. Bed was comfortable and the shower good. The breakfast was good and coffee better than average.
