Glamping on the Hill

The stay was good overall but there was no bedding on one of the beds and contacting the owners was basically impossible. The price is too high in my opinion. Folding bed was not comfortable.

We stayed in one of the yurts there are 2. The check in instructions were very clear. The yurt was cosy especially when we lit the fire (wood provided). We had a great nights sleep.

The place was clean, everything needed was supplied a very nice location

It was chosen primarily because it was closest to family we were visiting for a few days, but also the photos of the accommodation looked fun and location beautiful. We stayed in Shawn, at the very top of a very steep hill, for us townies was the difficult part lol Shawn was very comfortable, small kitchen area, toilet and shower and lovely small decking area with bbq and views! Although we didn’t meet any staff communication was very clear via emails and website. Thoroughly recommend 👍

Glamping on the hill was an excellent stay! Peta the owner was very friendly and helpful! Definitely a place to stay if you enjoy the outdoors and walking. We had amazing views from our Shepard’s hut. Would recommend! Many thanks

Staying in Pippin lodge was magical just the right size for my daughter and I. It was lovely having the private garden , the hot tub and the bbq. Coal and wood were generously provided. It was peaceful and watching the sun go down in the hot tub was wonderful. Bats flitting anout and owls hooting . The owners kindly lit it for us too as we mixed up our dates of arrival . My only thing for consideration is that Vobster inn isn’t actually properly open as such . Although you can order food there . The hut and garden were very special however and immaculately kept I Really would recommend . Frome has a nice vibe too . Very small but quant town with nice cafe and unique shops.

The yurts were amazing the hosts were amazing can not fault the experiance from the climb up the hill to the amazing meal and breakfast at the vobster inn

We had a lovely overnight stay here, we had everything we needed and slept really well. The accommodation was perfect and really cosy. The hot tub took a long time to heat up but once ready was a great way to unwind after a long journey.

Great value for money and a lovely setting. Perfect for family trips toasting marshmallows or cosying up with the log burner!

Brilliant 2 night stay, very comfortable and very clean. The weather was very cold but the log burner worked a treat. Our 8 year old loved it.

Very nice countryside accommodation. My kids love it! The view is gorgeous.

This place is unfair.... I accidentally booked and they will not allow me a refund for partial refund. This place is ridiculous

Lovely Shepherds Hut with everything you need. Great hostess. Beautiful views. Easy reach for Bath and attractions.

Amazing experience, it’s our second time and we’ll be back. They have thought of everything to make glamping on the hill fun for all the family.

Absolutely fantastic !! We enjoyed everything about the place. The yurt was so warm and comfortable and the hosts really hospitable. Really hope to go back with friends.

Good experience but it’s a shame for toilet is outside it was a really cold night apart from that we had a great time

We wanted something different and somewhere the kids would enjoy, so we found this gem, it's a yurt and a genuine Mongolian one, which makes all the difference when temperatures drop. Despite the single figure temperatures outside and a nice blanket of frost on the grass in the morning, inside we had no idea if anything it gets a little too warm! With a BBQ outside, and table/chairs I would expect this to be 10x better in the warmer months. Would have no hesitation staying again and definitely recommend.
