Another great 2nights stay at IBIS DOCKLAND LIVERPOOL . Our regular visit to see friends always gets us booking at this hotel ..great location to Dockland,museum .Liverpool One ,lime street or even National express coach station

Great stay in a great location. Enjoyable breakfast with great choice. Very helpful staff and very affordable. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Liverpool, within walking distance of the heart of the city.

The stay was fine the reception kept us waiting untill dead on 3pm to check in even though some other people clearly were allowed to check in between 2.30 and 3, we watched while we sat waiting no need I didn’t get her name but she was so abrupt and miserable it would have put us off coming back only we have stayed before without any issues. The room was basic but clean for one night it’s all that’s needed but the shower could have done with a good clean in fact I went around the door and the seals in the shower tray with a cloth and cleaned it before my partner saw it she would have flipped the cloth was dirty and black when I was done not good enough really. I’m not one for complaining and I wouldn’t normally say anything but I was sent this to fill in

i arrived not prebooked asked for price £150 plus but booked online for £88 and had to pay £10 parking on departure i was asked to pay £2.60 hotel tax not a problem but wish they asked me to pay when i first paid also no aircon so room was like a green house sorry guys i wouldnt recommend staff were un professional at times or simply over worked

Management requested room type change less than 24 hours before checking in. No incentive to do so provided. Whilst checking in given wrong type of key so couldnt enter room, went back to reception and received correct key. On entering room, maintenance man present dealing with a minor issue, asked to return to the room later. Decor dated and rooms look tired. Bathroom door swollen and wouldn't shut properly. Staff pleasant enough and hotel in a good location, breakfast was nice but not many options available.

Although the staff, especially Lewis were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough for me, I found the bed extremely uncomfortable, a two inch mattress topper on an unbearably hard mattress, as someone who suffers from severe joint pain I wouldn’t recommend the beds to anyone and maybe more sound proofing I had to move rooms because it sounded like I had a herd of elephants above me

Convenient for Albert dock. The staff were unhelpful. I walk with a stick which was obvious but given a tiny room as far from the lift as you could go at the end of two long corridors.the barriers in & out of the car park never worked properly & we had to call staff everytime to open them. Very, very disappointed. Would not recommend!

We loved our stay. The location was brilliant. It’s just across the road from the Albert dock and took only between 5-10 minutes to walk into Liverpool one. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Rooms were quiet, could only hear people shutting their doors. Couldn’t hear any noise from neighbours. Our only negative point was the beds are so uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a brick wall

We stayed for one night only. Hey, I get that everybody is entitled to having a bad day, but since we had only one day, this is my experience: the staff didn't see "happy" at all at our arrival. I mean, nobody had to greet us with balloons or even a smile, but oh dear, I felt BAD, as if I was interrupting.. but receiving and attending is the job, isn't it? It was very uncomfortable. The room was ok, but my allergies were awakened by the smell of the carpet, unfortunately..

Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt sich Mühe. Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen um die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Liverpool zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Leider ist das Schlüssel System der Zimmer unbrauchbar. Wir mussten jeden Tag, da wir immer wieder keinen Zutritt mehr hatten, die Karten unserer Zimmer neu programmieren lassen.
