Had a really great short stay, cannot fault the hotel or staff. Good location for central Leeds, although perhaps a little too good - the noise from a nightclub two streets over could be heard in the room until the early hours.

My one night stay was excellent with no issues at all. Very pleasant and helpful staff. A well placed hotel within walking distance of the railway station and all shops and amenities

Room was not cleaned until 3.45. Could not get through to housekeeping, so went to reception desk where I was told the delay was due to guests checking in/out. What about the paying guests who were still in residence? Also the chairs in the bar and restaurants need deep cleaning or replacing as badly stained.
