Quick check in, even though very busy as all going to a concert nearby. Greeted with a glass of Prosecco and a cake as Mother’s Day, which I thought was a lovely touch, especially after arriving soaked through after walking from train station in pouring rain. Room on 10th floor with 2 double beds was lovely as staying with a colleague. Tea and coffee well stocked and a choice of glasses for your chosen tipple. If you forget any toiletries you can ask and they’ll send up some complementary. Beds comfy and clean bathroom, Wi-Fi and a TV you an stream to

The hotel overall is nice and clean, but the car park entrance is quite difficult to locate. As next to it are 2 pubs and bars, at night you can still hear the music and beats through the windows, quite annoying to be honest.

Agreed and when I arrived I wasn’t given any of the expected perks as a VIP, discounts on food etc. I have stayed at this hotel many times but on this occasion it failed to sparkle with May disappointing issue with
