The hotel overall is nice and clean, but the car park entrance is quite difficult to locate. As next to it are 2 pubs and bars, at night you can still hear the music and beats through the windows, quite annoying to be honest.

The room was lovely and airy, plenty of storage, bathroom was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant and breakfast was good. I have taken one star off because the wait for the lifts was very long, I struggle with stairs due to Arthritis in my knees, and being on the 4th floor, I would find using the stairs difficult. Only 3 lifts for the size of hotel is challenging, but I’m not sure anything can be done about this, and it is only a small inconvenience.

Staff really good room quiet nice with a good shower but amazingly no toilet brush or bum washer the car park was perhaps the worst I’ve ever parked in and I waited 10 mins to get in it it cost £18 and someone blocked me in 25 mins to get out!!! But the worst part of our stay was the unbelievable amount of wasted time waiting for the very slow lifts that everyone was complaining about many people walking down 10 flights of stairs instead of waiting for the lifts that never come and when they do they are full! Difficult when you have 2 children wondering why we were waiting so long.
