我去过伦敦很多次，这是我第一次入住我常住酒店旁边的另一家酒店。这家酒店很新，很棒，靠近火车站，清真食品唾手可得，而且一切都很好，步行即可到达伦敦市的大多数景点。

After returning home we're realizing that we're praising this hotel every time we tell our friends about our trip. We had a family room with a kitchenette; plenty of room and even a view of the city. We used the laundry room in the basement and it worked well. Basically across the street from North Lambeth underground station (Bakerloo/South) sort of outside the busy area. Some food options right outside the hotel, and also a supermarket, ATM etc. It's close to a hospital so we did hear sirens near the hotel but I can't remember if we heard that in the room. Definitely a go-to option next time.

All the staffs were very friendly and helpful, and the room is clean and I got everything I needed. However, I do notice the room decorations start to age and may need some renovations/ maintenance.

The receptionist was very unhelpful, I arrived the hotel at 13:00, she said I should pay 30 pounds for early check in or come back after 15:00, but no one help me to keep my luggage, I need to put it onto the shelf of the storeroom by myself, no one would pick it to my room. After a long flight I was very tired, but the reception wanted me to do Self check in, self check out, the reception never do check in or check out. Poor service.
The house keeper was absent minded, I had put all my clothes onto my bed and written down a piece of paper “please do not tidy my bed” but she still done that, I am very mind someone touch my clothes or throw my clothes onto the floor.
after she had tidied my bed, my nightcloth make me Itching， I believe she should have put my clothes on the floor when she was tidying my bed. It makes me feel very unsatisfied and disgusting. Have she thrown my pillow onto the floor when she was tidying my bed?
After cleaning the toilet, she forgot to close the door.
I would say It’s not a hotel , it’s only an apartment with poor service.
I’ve never had a bad experience in any hotel like this. I won’t come back again

Totally rubbish. Very dirty. Smelly blanket. Dirty pillow. Dirty floor. Worst hotel ( I have tried more than 20 before in different parts of the world including HK / Germany / Finland / France and etc ). Request for refunding immediately.

When we arrived at our room we discovered that the room is being made only once in 2 days and changing of leaneans only once every 4 days. If the guest wants the room to be cleaned every day they have to ask it 24 hours in advance!
As we arrived only for 2 nights we did not have period of 24 hours in advance.
In addition Mobile phones has no reception inside the hotel and there is no telephone in the room. The only way to reach the hotel stuff is via chat. Overall a disappointing choice for us.

The room we stayed in is quite appreciably spacious , but the idea of not having an in house desk phone service was very strange and akward to us . Also l think they needed to have more personal items such as wash towels for guests

Suite room was clean and comfortable - kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, cups, pots and pans. Staff very helpful. Area around the hotel is safe and very convenient - right downstairs is Pret A Manger, and a Sainsbury next to it. A few steps from the Lambeth North tube.
