4人住房太細，梳化房要每日打開收摺，否則房內不能走動，最差是浴室供水系統有問題，水一時熱一時凍，不穩定，不能控制，通知前枱，話派人修理，但後果一樣，無解決過，失望！

Good location

Good enough for the price. Clearly in need of updating. The shower, in particular, had trouble delivering hot water in the morning. Our second set of towels were hidden in the wardrobe. The toiletries were good, there was a kettle and the front desk staff very efficient. Parking was available and a reasonable price for the location. The hotel has the potential to be very good, but needs work.

Great room. Rest of hotel needs a touch of TLC (carpets). Drakes Bar is soullessly decorated but the food was ok and all staff were really friendly.

Highly recommend! Front desk staff member was friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived. The room, including the bathroom, was spotless, spacious and comfortable. We had heavy luggage so they put us on a floor that had a working lift. Great location in the middle of Exeter. Loved the building! Free wifi but not secured with a password.

Good hotel in the centre of Exeter, directly opposite Central train station, just a few minutes' walk from the High Street. Nice old, well decorated building. Clean room, newly decorated bathroom. All good, no complaints.

Very clean, staff were lovely. Bed was huge and very comfy. The walls are incredibly thin though, we could hear the guest in the room next door on his phone, we could hear every word! Luckily we had brought earplugs for night. The car park is small but alternative parking was available. Can’t fault the location, right by the town centre. Didn’t eat in the hotel because there was so much choice minutes from the hotel. Would book again, good value for money.

Reception area was very grand, room was perfect for our needs. Ideally located for our concert at the Phoenix. Bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and the station right across the road.

Very old, smelly carpet, shower is not working properly. The Matrace springs are protruding and hurting your body when lying down.

Our male Room Attendant was the friendliest member of the hotel team and he kept our rooms clean and stocked. Receptionists were the least friendly and very unhelpful. Our welcome was very inefficient and our departure even worse. On arrival a second payment was taken for one of our 2 rooms when infact Expedia had already prepaid for both. Obtaining a refund was time consuming and convoluted. The lift to the 2nd floor had been out of action for 2 weeks yet our rooms were on that floor meaning carrying cases up and down was a struggle for us. The bar was expensive so sadly we chose not to use it. This was a repeat visit to the Rougemont but probably our last. Such a shame as it is a splendid Victorian building and its location opposite the railway station is ideal.
