Native Hyde Park

我們入主六晚，當中有3晚沒有水，早上沒水洗面擦牙，連晚上亦無水沖涼，最慘小朋友沖到中途沒有水，絕對沒有想到這麽簡單的供水問題亦會一而再三發生，非常令人失望，令我們的行程帶來非常大的不便！ 雖然職員盡量安撫，亦有一晚安排低層房間作沖涼之用，但不是暫時一刻的問題，经歷連續三天擔心沒有水，早上出門時間大失預算，回酒店後想盡快洗澡休息亦不能，非常疲累！

Great location. Close to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Station. Near Hyde Park. The staff are very friendly. The oven and 2 ceiling lights didn't work. Would like to have handheld shower instead of rain shower No plug near the table / mirror

設備一流，提供小食及各樣用具，酒店人員親切，絕對值得再來。地點亦一流，去underground和Hyde park都很近，空氣比在 City of London清新，可開窗或暖氣，房間潔淨。

小心附近沿路一直到帕丁頓站有假警察出沒。住宿期間試過有電梯壞但沒告示牌，試過一次房間門咭壞了要到前台更換。前台服務員的整體服務不錯。

The apartment was lovely and very convenient to Hyde park and Paddington station. I had issues with communications. Firstly, I booked through Expedia well in advance, but a few weeks ahead was told they were downgrading me. Now I have to resolve the credit issued with Expedia. There was also a problem with their systems being hacked. I think I was duped into sending money to an unknown source. I will try to resolve when I am home. Also when I tried to call/email on-site, they did not answer. I think their claim to 24/7 reception is not accurate. The check-in instructions were received day of.

The appartement was very average and did not correspond to thé photos on site.Equipment was minimal.

I stayed here several years ago and it was great, so I booked it again. However, the experience this time did match up. Also, room and services did not align with description. Fire alarm went off multiple mornings. Hallways and lift smelled of cigarette smoke.

The apartments were set up very well. Very clean and comfortable. So easy from Paddington, and good place to make a home base. Not sure why our 2 rooms were switched in our reservation so that the larger party got the smaller room when we had indicated needing the pull out sofa. The front desk staff did not seem very experienced or helpful.

宿泊した部屋は清潔でした。スタッフも親切で、ホテルの近くに空港へ一本の電車で行けるパディントン駅やサークル線の駅があり、どこの観光施設に行くにも便利だった。

Check in was easy with a pre sent code. Room was brilliant and towel rail was warm already when I arrived.

I stayed here once before and had a very nice day room. This room was a bit beat up and not clean. I found used contact lenses on my night stand. Good location and staff was very helpful.

This was a great find in the Paddington area. We chose it because it's close to the station and we had people with us who needed to get to Heathrow. We've stayed in the area many times for that very reason, and this is the nicest hotel we've stayed in. We wanted to have a place we could hang out in the later evening (as we had a 3 year old with us) and these rooms provided that. Plenty of space and decent amenities. We were very pleased, thank you.

The best thing about this property is its location. Proximity to Paddington station, Hyde park etc. The studio apartment we stayed was very small, two people can barely manage inside, no place to store luggage. There was one drawer unit in the apartment that we couldn’t even use as it was dirty inside. Bathroom is the worst part- there’s no proper sink, just a hand washing basin (tiny sink) so you can’t wash your face. Everyday I kept thinking why on earth would anyone put such a small useless sink in the bathroom? People working in the hotel are super nice though, everyone was kind and friendly. Balcony door wasn’t closing ( it’s a new door, but not installed properly).Kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast, full size fridge and even a dishwasher machine ( seriously, who needs it ? There are 2 plates and two coffee cups to wash! It looked dirty and moldy, as nobody uses it regularly. Why spend money on installing a dishwasher, but saving money on the proper sink in the bathroom …), there is a washing machine ( no dryer machine, but a dryer rack - well good luck getting laundry dry with the humidity). Overall I found this place pretty acceptable for the price, except I kept questioning the lack of common sense of whoever was in charge of recently renovating this place.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious

We booked this property for two major reasons – the location, and the sleeping accommodations. It absolutely delivered. The location just around the corner from Paddington Station was perfect for reaching nearly every slight-seeing destination in a reasonable time; even our Hop-On Hop-Off bus stopped nearby. We had walking-distance access to groceries and several restaurants, some open even after midnight. The room was spacious, with two levels, two WCs, two TVs, two fans, a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave oven that we used a lot. The two beds (one an extended couch) were very comfortable. The check in and out process via the smartphone, access codes for opening the front and room doors, and WhatsApp communication made our stay frictionless. The only possible negatives would be the spiral staircase leading to the second level which could cause problems for elderly guests, and the lack of air conditioning only partially offset by the provided fans.

Great location

We don’t often make a fuss about our hotel stays, even when they don’t fully meet expectations. But what we experienced during our 4 days in the Native Hyde Park was just not acceptable. There are so many things that were not handled properly, despite the front desk people doing their best to hold things together. It started with the room not being ready for check in, the wifi was out for ~ 24 hours on arrival, workers are streaming in and out of the property as construction is underway on the hotel and various rooms (starting as early as 7:30am on our last day, you can hear the hammering and sawing from the room). We learned that our room was recently remodeled and it was clearly not ready for guests. There was construction dust throughout the place, no trash cans in any of the rooms or bathrooms, we had to request essentials like paper towels, plates/cutlery, as well as shampoo/soap. Honestly, we just got tired of asking for things that should have already been in the room. Additionally, the toilet upstairs doesn’t flush, it just runs continually. We had maintenance come by asking to do some appliance testing to ensure they were safe to use… which is concerning, given that we’d been using them for 3 days. Bottom line is that it’s just not acceptable for a hotel to be balancing renovations with hosting guests without providing notice to people who booked these rooms. The location of the hotel was very convenient, but little beyond that was a positive experience.

Great place to visit, definetly would come again. Room had enough space for us and kitchen was nice to have. The staff was super friendly also. Great neighborhood also, felt safe there and easy to go everywhere. A few things I would upgrade would be: Filtter coffee machine over French press and, Tv’s with smart-tv options and maybe ac.

Pro: Very close to the Paddington station; the 1bedroom is very spacious and does have two beds (1 Queen, 1 pull out couch sofa) Con: no air conditioning, extremely hot and stuffy if the outside temperature exceeds 70F/20C. One fifth of the units are in the basement level, so we only had limited sunlight from the small courtyard. WiFi also was out for a good 12 hours for one night, so we had very limited cell service (from the basement floor) and no WiFi. Would not stay again here - can probably find similar, much renovated apart-hotels for same price / a bit more.
