The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Better to select the room not at the street side as it can be noisy in the night when big truck crossing or people may speak loudly when out from bar. Very convenient location!

Excellent good value for money. Large rooms, but the breakfast is crowded and often ran out of some food. The area is a bit dodgy, but Manchester is not for the faint anywhere
