Was easy to find with the detailed instructions and a fabulous location Would not hesitate to book it again

Das vorgefundene Appartement war in einem desolaten Zustand & nicht zumutbar. Es entsprach in keinster Weise den abgebildeten Fotos. Nach der angeblichen Reinigung wurden wir darüber informiert, dass es geputzt & bezugsbereit sei, allerdings waren die Zustände mit Schimmel & Dreck gesundheitsgefährdend. Wir haben das Apartment verlassen und ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

Good location but dity

Det positive; Sentralt og billig, og et kjøleskap som var kaldt. Og så det negative; En får hva en betaler for. Illluktende og skittent bad, senger som skulle vært utskiftet for mange år siden, ukomfortable sofaer og klissete golv. Ved innsjekk var ikke utleier tilstede, vi måtte vente på gaten på at en av de øvrige boende i huset skulle ut, for at vi skulle komme oss inn til leiligheten hvor nøklene befant seg.

Location was good. That is the only positive for this apartment. We walked in and it stank of cigarette smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. The hallway smoke detector was hanging broken from ceiling with parcel or gaffer tape keeping it up. Mould stains extensive on the en-suite shower tiling. Some also evident around the bath in main bathroom. A downlight in the main bathroom was clearly broken and, so the other lights worked, had been through wired but all the wires were exposed which is dangerous in a wet environment. Whilst the heaters were turned off furniture i.e. sofa and beds were butt up against them. If anyone did turn them on it would be a fire risk. Basically didn’t feel safe. Definitely Health and Safety issues and below poor maintenance in this apartment.

Stayed in this houses for 4 days. It was totally perfect. We booked for 3 adults but there was 5 beds and 2 sofa beds. The House was clean and quite. Very good location. Every customer leaves their used toiletries and kitchen stuffs instead of put it in a bin which is nice.

The apartment is very centrally located and close to the retail district and Piccadilly Gardens. Many shops and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is clean and suitable for families. Kitchen appliances and utensils all in good condition. High speed WiFi included. Covered car park spaces provided but the entrance to the car park is a little difficult to locate. Communication with property manager is generally fine, except for giving directions to the car park Using the fob to enter the building creates a little problem but thanks to the local residents in showing us the way in. Picking up the keys is generally smooth but the location to picking up the keys is a little difficult especially if you are driving a car. Strongly recommended to families who fancy staying in a central location for shopping or accessible to public transport.

This is my second time to stay here and I would highly recommend it - comfortable, clean and spacious. Very conveniently located with everything you need for your stay. I will definitely be back

Absolutely fantastic stay! Central location 6 mins to canal street wow loved it. 2 sofas 1 double sofa bed. 2 single camp beds 4x extra quilts. 2 bedrooms 1 has a double other has 2 double beds and bathroom.. Additional bathroom in hall. Well stocked with essentials. Cooking is extremely easy as everything is there! Got too many introduction instructions emails which didn't include that I had a car space was only sent a text about car park 1 day before.. That info needs to be in info. Overall has surpassed my expectations!..

2,5 maand van te voren geboekt. Bevestiging binnen gekregen. 3 dagen voor vertrek krijg ik doodleuk bericht dat ze geen kamer voor me hebben. Dat ze expedia proberen te bereiken maar dat dat niet lukt. Ik moet noodgedwongen naar een andere accommodatie. Contact met expedia gehad. Ook expedia is het er niet mee eens. Zeer slecht van deze accommodatie! Uiteindelijk heeft de klantenservice van Expedia ons prima geholpen met een duurder ander hotel in de stad. Top service van Expedia!!

Great comfy warm apartment & ideal location. Only issues was when we went to collect the keys the assistant was unable to direct us to where the apartment was located. Also the fans in the bathrooms was not working properly which caused black mold in both shower areas. But overall we loved our stay. Thank you :)

It was such a lovely weekend away. The location was perfect around 10 minutes to the station. Even after a mix up with keys the owners were so nice about everything and so friendly. Nothing really to complain about. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely apartment.
