The Landmark London

I have booked a deluxe room but they gave me a superior room. Room smells cigarettes and humid wood which is very unpleasant. I didn’t ask for any morning call but they called me at 6am!! The staff called Darika that helped me check in has a unwelcoming attitude and not helpful at all. The location of this hotel isn’t great and far to anywhere. Overall speaking, if you are looking for a stay at Titanic like hotel to get a nostalgic back to 80s feeling, here’s the place. I regretted so much in picking this hotel as my anniversary stay.

房間很大，裝修大氣優雅，歩行到牛津街大約20/30分鐘，酒店後門就是地鐵、火車站，有2、453巴士經牛津街，屬旺中帶靜的選擇，碰到優惠價，性價比還是很高的。

洒店交通方便，服務態度友善細心，早餐豐富選擇多，房間寬敞舒適，酒店設有泳池（小朋友有時段限制），下次有機會會再入住。

I have stayed at the Landmark since 2008 with various family members. In the past found it to be amazing. Unfortunately not this trip. Reserved a king size bed, my husband is 6.4 and I have 5.9 a queen doesnt work well. After an unfortunate night, the kettle in the room did not work so no tea. Then a bath, to find the hand shower does not work either. This hotel used to have individual White Company products which if you did not use could take home. It was a nice little added perk. Understanding that it is environmentally friendly pity a 5 star hotel doesnt still provide the extra. The bean counters must be shaving...The hotel is looking "tired" in places. Mirror bar was good with excellent service, thanks to the staff.The lifts stop at every single floor with all the guests remarking on it. Just as well its only 6 stories. It is really a shame to have had this experience as I have been loyal to the Landmark for years.

My hotel stay was great. The location was okay, but the staff were very friendly, and everything about the hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend it to others.

bathroom shower was terrible , very old, toilet didn't flush and shower was clogged ; they charges 60 pounds for roll away ; they were suppose to get back to me to reverse charges possibly and they never did

After 5-6 hrs of travel, checking in, hotel takes your luggage to deliver to your room, which is only possible after 3 verbal, 2 phone requests. At 9 pm, all of us are asleep, door bell rings twice. I rush to the door, housekeeping; just randomly going into rooms without checking if occupied or not; at night time, while we are sleeping. They apologize but continue to do the same. Wait, there is more.. They don’t change sheets or pillows; dust everywhere.. I understood this building; it has a fancy restaurant, some wedding/conference sections and a hideaway bar and hundreds of rooms. They don’t want the rooms, they want to have nicely dressed people in the restaurant, lined up; instead of me walking around in shorts and slippers. While leaving, they asked for about 150£ instead of 100£.. Donation and service charges are cancelled after rejection..

Insgesamt bin ich enttäuscht mit meinem Aufenthalt für 4 Nächte, ich versuche aber eine objektive Bewertung: Es fing beim Einchecken eigentlich gut an, da ich schon um 13:30h ins Zimmer konnte. Im Zimmer war ich dann jedoch erschrocken, dass es nur eine Duschwanne gab. Das war beim Buchen nicht ausdrücklich aufgeführt, denn dann hätte ich das Hotel nicht gebucht. Zudem war es zur Seite des Bahnhofs ziemlich laut (Klimaanlage o.Ä.). Zimmer mit normalen Duschen gibt es nur in einer höheren Zimmerkategorie, diese kostete mich 60 Pfund mehr pro Nacht. Das neue Zimmer war nun Richtung Atrium, da hörte man selbst im 6. Stock noch das Piano bis spät Abends. Auf ein erneutes Beschweren hin bekam ich dann eine Marylebone Suite, das war sehr gut gelöst vom Personal. Insgesamt habe ich aber 2200€ für 4 Nächte bezahlt, plus Frühstück. Der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr beeindruckend, das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Einrichtung gepflegt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar für Konzerte im Wembley Stadion, die Züge fahren direkt hinter dem Hotel von Marylebone ab, nur 10 Minuten Fahrt. Mein Gesamterlebnis ist für mich persönlich für den Preis aber enttäuschend: ich musste 2x das Zimmer wechseln, die Zimmerbeschreibung ist irreführend. Es gibt noch Kleinigkeiten wie: die Tür zum Flur ist hellhörig, die Matratze ist viel zu hart (Geschmackssache), keine Steckdosen am Bett, die Türkarten funktionieren erst beim 3. oder 4. Mal. Ich würde daher nicht erneut buchen.
