2ndhomes Bright 2BR Apartment

The location was excellent, conveniently walkable to the Esplanade, the Harbor, downtown Helsinki, and the Design District. Grocery store a 5-minute walk. We loved the high ceilings and tall windows with shutters that allowed a cross-breeze - necessary as these apartments have no air conditioning. Good security with locks at the entrance to the courtyard, entrance to the building, and the apartment. A few complaints - there was no live person available by phone to resolve issues; just an email address that seemed to be powered by an AI chatbot. The lockbox to pick up the key is in a different location (with no live attendant available) and our combination code to pick up the key did not work. Fortunately, we were able to get into the apartment via a cell phone access button in the Check-in instructions. Later I emailed the company about the key and they sent me another link to pick it up. Also, we had issues with getting the dishwasher and the TV to work. Altogether, it was a great apartment, but the automated customer service was not very convenient. We would consider staying here again, though.
