Vi var fire veninder af sted, og havde en dejlig tur til Helsinki. Klaus K Hotel ligger dejligt centralt, har et meget imødekommende og venligt personale, fin morgenmadsbuffet og hyggelig italiensk restaurant med god mad 😊

Great value hotel in central location. The hotel is generally in ok shape, room was pretty standard, but perfect for a few nights. Reception staff was friendly and gave all the information needed. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of options. Overall experience was fairly positive!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Klaus K. Bra service, skön säng, otroligt god mat på hotellets restaurang Toscanini. Har bara 2 små klagomål, båda gäller badrummet. 1. Handfatets kran ligger så nära kanten att det är svårt att få in händerna under. 2. Hållaren till toapapper sitter så långt bak att det är krångligt att ta papper.

Vastaanotosta jäi vähän nihkeä fiilis, kollegalleen "en halua kysyä" supissut virkailija kuitenkin korotti huone luokkaa me.. Huone oli kuuma, ilmastointi vähäinen ja lisä viilennyksenä kovaääninen pöytätuuletin. Aamupalalle onnistuimme suunnistamaan hissi nappuloiden avulla, sillä sinne ei muuten opastettu. Teiden melu kuuluu hyvin.

reception and lifts are very slow, room could be a bit cleaner (floor etc), but quality of bed and wc/shower is good. sorry we were not able to open window, not in every room you can get fresh air, only rooms with balcony probably... breakfast a bit basic, but good selection of teas and fruits. .
