Things we liked: -the room was very quiet - no neighbourly sounds -Room was a good size (the standard King) -Great location for downtown -Good selection at breakfast although heaving at weekends What would make it even better: -Tea, coffee and hot water facilities in the room (there were none) -Bed being made each day by housekeeping (it was not)

Unfortunately we had booked this hotel for a few nights on a nonrefundable basis. We are facing a cancer issue and the hotel was simply uncaring in either giving us a refund or hotel credit. Expedia said that it contacted the hotel staff but they were not sympathetic to our plight. I guess Euros are more important than human life for this hotel.

Hotelli lienee uudistettu vähän aikaa sitten, vaikuttaa siltä. Saimme huoneen Lönnrotinkadun puolelta. Iso ja tilava. Äänieristys voisi olla parempi, kun ollaan katutasossa. Lisäsi kylpyhuoneen ammeseen/suihkuun sai ihan tosissaan vääntäytyä, että sinne pääsi. Sen verran korkea ja leveä oli reunus. Ei mikään esteetön ratkaisu, vaikka huone muuten tilava.
