在此間飯店待了整整一個月，可能是因為正值夏季，房間從下午開始就非常悶熱，或許房間是西曬的關係吧？幸好跟櫃檯借了電風扇才稍稍緩解一些⋯⋯ 櫃檯小姐們都很友善也很幫忙解答問題，感謝所有unity的工作人員。

Good staff, wonderful environment, nice breakfast

It was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay.

Friendly staff. Clean modern accommodation. It could be good if you need to stay for longer as you have a small kitchenette there.

初めて宿泊しましたが、とても快適でした！ ホテルとは違い、ほぼマンションな広々とした部屋で、収納もたっぷり！部屋には、調理器具やICキッチン、レンジに、食器類もかなり揃っているので申し分ありません。 住むように泊まりたい人には申し分なく、トラムもすぐそばに2路線はあり、中心部までのアクセスも抜群です。 次またヘルシンキに行く時には、泊まりたいホテルでした。

Hotelli hyvällä paikalla, hieno merimaisema parvekkeelta. Huoneen lattia nuhjuinen ja kulunut, likainen. Muuten hieno asunto. Yläkerrassa oli bileet yömyöhään. En ymmärrä miksi ylimmän kerroksen huoneita oli edes buukattu. Mahdoton nukkua siinä metelissä. Respa välinpitämätön. Tympeä henkilökunta. Kattoterassille tai saunoihin ei päässyt vaan töykeästi käännytettiin pois. Asiasta ei ilmoitettu mitenkään etukäteen. Surkein aamupala ikinä. Lisäksi henkilökunta kyttäämässä vieressä jokaista suupalaa. Pöydät siivoomatta ja likaiset.

Overall good stay,even though I had someproblem with the door in the room at first.

The rooms are set up with a small loft bed and a sofa that can be used as a bed. High ceilings and well designed for a small studio space, it's almost like being on a ship. My only regret is that the sauna was closed during the time of day that I was free to use it. Next time...

We love the helpful and welcoming staff. They were both patient in helping us with our questions.

Kaikki sujui hyvin, ainoa vähän hassu juttu oli, että kun pyysin lisäyötä, sanottiin ettei vapaita huoneita ole. Kuitenkin myöhemmin näin, että esim Hotelsin kautta niitä olisi ollut tarjolla. Mutta muuten erinomainen ja siisti huoneistohotelli, plussaa salista, saunasta ja aamupalasta. Huoneet hyvin tilavia.

Todella hyvä sänky ja upeat näkymät.

I recently returned for my second 7-night stay at UNITY Helsinki, and it was just as impressive as the first time. The staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which makes the whole experience feel personal and comfortable. The service is consistently excellent, from check-in to departure. One of the highlights for me is their unique in-house sauna experience a perfect way to relax and soak in Finnish culture without leaving the hotel. The studio rooms are brilliantly designed, combining style and practicality in a way that feels both luxurious and smart. Every detail has been thoughtfully planned, making the space not only beautiful but also incredibly functional. UNITY Helsinki has become my go-to place in the city, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!

Air conditioning was insufficient. It's auto operation in the rooms and cannot be controlled. Hotel states it is as cool as possible however the pubkic areas were much more comfortable than the rooms. Spent many a hot night. Couldnt sleep in the bed as the loft was even warmer. Soent a week on the sofa.

A wonderful place to stay ff the beaten arch and yet close to everything you need. Modern, personable, and very service-oriented.

Asiakaspalvelu oli englanniksi. Olisi ollut hyvä jos suomea olisi pystynyt puhumaan. Sänky oli kova ja siitä johtuen alaselkä jumittui täysin ja lattia oli aika likainen

Nice quiet hotel with a spacious room and friendly front desk. Tram stop is nearby which makes going around easy.

スタッフの方はみなさん親切です。 キッチン付きなので自炊で過ごせます。 USBが部屋にあったので、電気コードの変換機も使わずに済んだので助かりました。 徒歩圏内では２４時間の大型スーパーと 近くには普通の24時間のスーパーがあり、 トラムも中央駅とアラビアファクトリーまでのアクセスがいいです。 キオスク、薬局もすぐ近くにあります。 地下鉄は中央駅より2駅、徒歩圏内ではあります。タリンへ行かれる際にもフェリー乗り場までトラムで3駅なのでかなりおすすめです。
