The hotel was extremely accommodating. Expedia had a loud us to purchase a room with three people, and this hotel does not allow three people per room and the hotel was able to accommodate us by allowing us to book an additional room. Expedia did nothing to help us so be warned. Expedia will not help you with anything that you have a problem with on your trip but this hotel will, although you will have to pay the additional fees and they will do their best. There was one day that we were unable to book a room with them and they were able to assist us in booking a room at a hotel very very close to theirs so my husband stayed there so my child and I could sleep together in the room that we had booked

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Mont Marte around the corner from Moulin Rouge and any number of great restaurants. Subway 100m away with access to Gare Du Nord.. check it out. Great accommodation

Location is great if you want to be in the Pigalle area. Hotel is a bit dated but upgrades have been made. Lobby and reception is small and dark so a little creepy. Tiny elevator. Staff was pleasant and efficient

The hotel and the location are amazing. But, we didn't have electricity due to a failure with the hair dryer, so we didn't have air conditioner. We told the staff in charge at that time and when we returned from our excursion it was solved, until we plugged in our cell phones and the light went out again. So we slept without light or air conditioner. It was on the last night so when it was check out we told the reception. Other than that, the stay and the Hotel were magnificent

Horrível Acesso difícil por uma porta somente. Elevador mal cabe uma pessoa. Imagine com bagagem. Região em torno altamente suspeita. Só para ter ideia tinha feito a reserva para 4 dias e só não sai de imediato devido ao horário que cheguei. Não recomendo

The location of the hotel is good.Staffs were friendly and willing to help.The rooms are on the small side.And we didn't get the room type we booked.Booked a Superior Room(or double comfort on the hotel's site) got a Double Classic room.We didn't bring this up because that would be too much trouble for 30 sq ft.And we think it's hotels.com(expedia)'s responsibility to mark the room type consistent with the hotel website to avoid trouble in the future.
