The room is comfortable but a bit noisy in surrounding area. A discount of parking at €12 is a plus, otherwise you have to pay €30 for overnight parking.

Ich war für 4 Nächte im CityClass Hotel am Heumarkt in Köln. Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich sehr zentral – die Umgebung ist top, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar (Restaurants, Bars, Sehenswürdigkeiten). Dafür gibt es von mir volle 5 Sterne. Der Zustand und die Einrichtung der Unterkunft haben mir gut gefallen (4 Sterne). Die Zimmer sind ordentlich ausgestattet und insgesamt in einem guten Zustand. Bei der Sauberkeit und der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter sehe ich allerdings noch Verbesserungsbedarf – beides war eher durchschnittlich (jeweils 3 Sterne). Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt okay, daher vergebe ich 3 von 5 Sternen.

From first arriving, the staff made us feel very welcome. The hotel is off a busy street in a courtyard, it was amazing how quiet it was just turning up the alley. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay again!

Dafür gibt es von mir volle 5 Sterne. Der Zustand und die Einrichtung der Unterkunft haben mir gut gefallen (4 Sterne). Die Zimmer sind ordentlich ausgestattet und insgesamt in einem guten Zustand. Bei der Sauberkeit und der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter sehe ich allerdings noch Verbesserungsbedarf – beides war eher durchschnittlich (jeweils 3 Sterne). Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt okay, daher vergebe ich 3 von 5 Sternen.
