Mauritius Komfort Hotel in der Altstadt

Everything was great. Service was good, clean room. However, they will run out of hot water and it take an hour or two to have hot water for a shower again.

I could say it is the worst hotel experience that I encountered so far. I would like to complain here that the front desk staff served me on 19 APR 2017 evening was terribly unprofessional and her attitude to me was very rude! I asked for a kettle in the afternoon when I checked in, at that time the day shift staff told me it was in the pantry & I could get it myself when I came back from dinner. Ok, when I back after dinner, I went straight to the pantry & get the kettle. The night shift old lady shouted at me saying "NONONO" & impolitely asked me what was I doing. When I explained to her, she never listened and just said she never got informed by the day shift staff and showed long face to us! 1st, I want to say actually I asked for a kettle and I expected the staff will send it directly to my room but they didn't. 2nd, the staff here were lacking of communication. 3rd, the attitude of that night shift old lady was disgusting. I really never think of being treated so rude as a guest in a hotel. Besides, the room that I got at first got a sink lacking problem, I got another room changed but I left some drinks in the fridge. When I discovered, I asked the night shift old lady, she straightly told me she couldnt help as the room was already occupied. I asked if they have checked the fridge before checking in another guest & she said yes but no information of lost & found. but the lady never asked me what did I leave in the room, showing she was reluctant to help! BAD!!!!

Zwar in einem ruhigen Viertel Aber für die Innenstadt etwas abgelegen. Das Hotel an sich war aber super

Veldig hard seng og pute. Lite informasjon og forståelse hos personalet for misforståelser pga. informasjonsmangel.

Tres bien, hotel en travaux de renovatio

Overall it was good, the placement is good and the staff was good. They helped us with parking in their garage that is just outside. The downside was that it was 30 degrees and we couldent get the room temperatur down so we had aprox the same outside temperatur inside, was hard too cool off when going too sleep.

Good location. Updated interior. AC did not work. Big window and decently equipped. Fantastic for a good price.

The hotel was rally clean, and the staff were great and very helpful

This was a very nice hotel with very good customer service and staff that were always smiling. It was a very enjoyable stay.

This property went above my expectations, the rooms were very decent and cosy.Wonderful customer service and walkable to all the beautiful sightseeing areas of Koln.I would recommend over and over.

Excellent place to stay for visiting the Christmas markets. Parking is a hassle though.

I stayed 4 nights and they not clean the room once except one day they change the towels. When I voiced my displeasure on departure they offered me a discount next time I stay. Unfortunately there won’t be a next time.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und nicht wirklich sauber,schlimmer frittier Geruch durch Fenster zum Hinterhof,Personal nicht besonders freundlich an Rezeption wirkte sehr gelangweilt.

Personnel sympathique et à l’écoute. Hôtel très bien situé et bien entretenu . Rue un peu bruyante la nuit mais c’est bien normal en centre-ville. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .
