Nice staff, good service, room is big and clean. The staff have good english. I highly recommend this hotel.

如果還有機會造訪慕尼黑,應該還是會訂這一間,櫃檯人員的服務態度與專業都很棒,而且親切,離車站走路不到2分鐘,房間mini bar的水只提供第一天,但是看到清潔人員可以跟他們要,通堂都會給,床與枕頭比較軟,睡起來有點不舒服

The room is so big. I stayed in a room on the ground floor, which I thought would be uncomfortable, since I had a really bad experience living in a ground-floor-room in Berlin. But the whole experience is good. The only thing is the train (S3) which takes us from the Hbf/city center from the hotel only works hourly (on Sunday? I am not sure), and the timetable in the station is not accurate. It is not far from city center though.
