Great location with a bus stopping outside and fantastic sea views. The only thing that let the hotel down was the rooms. It was windy and the wind blew through the rooms, meaning most of our party couldn't sleep. Housekeeping was also poor with soap/shampoo etc, not being replaced and the incorrect number of towels being left.

Hotel is a little dated, quiet location. 20mins to old town. Staff very happy and accommodating. We had a Seaview room with an amazing view. We paid for the all inclusive package, buffet, lunch and dinners, we stayed 3 nights and every day the food was changed. Whilst it was a buffet the quality of food was great for a buffet. We enjoyed our brief stay, too many great staff to single anyone out.

Der Pool ist einzigartig, wobei ich das Meer immer bevorzuge. Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen am Abend im Hauptrestaurant ist schwach es fehlen die Highlights und die Atmosphäre ist leider nicht so schön (sehr große Halle). Das Frühstück war top und man konnte draußen Frühstücken. Das Mediterrane Restaurant war super konnte aber nur einmal gebucht werden. Das Essen in der Stadt KOS 10 Minuten mit dem Bus ist jedenfalls romantischer und hat mehr flair.

Very nice hotel, majority of staff friendly and helpful, good rooms, amazing infinity pool. Beach area very tired and overlooked, needs new walkway, umbrellas and sunbeds, a total revamp. Main bar and evening area very open and if windy like a wind tunnel so can be quite chilly in the evenings, plus insufficient seating for the size of the hotel. Main restaurant not intimate, quite cafe feel rather than restaurant unless you manage to get seated in the slightly upper small middle section. Overall enjoyed our stay but lacking certain touches expected of a 5 star hotel.

Très bon séjour, super accueil de la part du personnel, très bon buffet et petit déjeuner. L’hôtel est incroyable avec son immense piscine et sa plage privée. Dommage que le spa ne soit pas inclus. Sinon le cadre est magnifique, pas très loin en voiture du centre et de thermal Beach.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles in allem die Möglichkeit einen sehr entspannten und angenehmen Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Pool ist wirklichein schöner Ort zum relaxen mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind so wie beschrieben, auch dort hatten wir eine super Aussicht. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und für Vegetarier gut geeignet. Der Empfang und der Großteil des Personals ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Freundin hatte während des Aufenthaltes Geburtstag, und es gab sogar eine kleine Torte aufs Zimmer.
Wenn man etwas genauer hinsieht, fallen hinter der Fassade einige Missstände auf, die in meinen Augen nichts mit 5 Sterne zutun haben. Das Wlan war überall extrem langsam und ist mehrmals pro Stunde abgebrochen. Eventuell ist das problem nur in der Nähe unseres Zimmers gewesen, dennoch sehr nervig, da es dort teilweise garnicht empfangbar war.
Außerdem hatte der Fernseher im Schlafbereich anscheinend nur den Zweck zur Deko. Es war kein Smart TV und auch normales Fernsehen konnte man nicht empfangen. Anfangs fehlte auch die Fernbedienung für die klimaanlage und den TV, auf Nachfrage erhielten wir nur die TV Fernbedienung, die Klimaanlage konnten wir deshalb die ganze Woche nicht benutzen.
Bei Essen ist das Personal oft überfordert und man wird gelegentlich vergessen, was die Getränke angeht. Die meisten Gerichte waren sehr fettig und erinnerten eher an Kantinenessen. Die Sportausrüstung für Tennis und Tischtennis ist sehr billig und in die Jahre gekommen.

Gerade der Service der Barkeeper/innen am Pool und an der Bar neben der Lobby waren nicht gut. Teilweise eingebildet, teilweise unfreundlich, teilweise wurden wir in 3 Stunden nur einmal bedient.
Zusätzlich ist das All Inklusive Angebot reinste abzocke. Kunden die keine All Inklusive haben, bekommen Getränke auf Flaschen oder Dose, All Inklusive Gäste kleine Gläser aus dem Zapfhahn.
Das Mittagsbuffet ist lächerlich. Es gibt Snacks wie Hamburger, Chicken Nuggets, Pizza, diese kosten jedoch (auch für All Inklusive Gäste).
Lieber nur Frühstück buchen und dafür abends in den Tavernen in der Stadt essen gehen (schmeckt auch besser).

Le cadre est très beau, les piscines superbes mais assez fraîches. Malheureusement les sun beds sont toujours réservés quelque soit l heure malgré l interdiction supposee de le faire et les serviettes de bain sont dans un état déplorable, trouées, fils qui pendent : elles sont bonnes pour la poubelle. La plage est tout en bas il faut descendre les marches et c est du sable noir avec galet. La vue sur la Turquie depuis l hotel est superbe. Les restaurants sont corrects , bien fournis, l asiatique n est pas terrible. C'est très embêtant de ne pas pouvoir réserver directement au restaurant, il faut repasser par la réception à chaque fois où aller sur leur application qui fonctionne une fois sur 2. Le petit déjeuner manque de mets locaux et de frais : trop de fruits en sirop c'est dommage. Les soirées sont très sympas, beaucoup de variétés dans les artistes de très haut niveau, évitez d avoir à faire à la brune du bar qui est impolie et désagréable au possible. Le très gros problème de cet hôtel est le parking : les employés se garent n importe où, assez près et la place est laissée au bus alors qu il y a largement la place de garer des voitures. Au lieu de ça il faut les garer au bord de la route ce qui n' est pas normal. La réception n' est même pas indiquée.Le spa est à fuir tant les massages sont mauvais et peuvent même provoquer des soucis de santé. La manager/ concierge est fantastique, elle résout tous les problèmes, une perle !

Es war alles gut. Sehr schöne Anlage. Wunderschöner Infinitypool. Kühles Zimmer bei ausgeschalteten Klimaanlage. Das Wasser wird leider in Plastik verteilt. Das Hotel sollte wiederverwendbare Flaschen verteilen.

Michelangelo is a stunning hotel with incredible views of the Aegean Sea with Turkey and other Greek islands on the horizon. Service was amazing and variety of food at the buffet was very good. The al a carte restaurants were good but didn’t wow us. It is a similar standard of food you get in the buffet (that may also show how good the food is). I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Modernes, sauberes Hotel mit besonderem Infinity Pool. Nettes Personal, guter Service. Meerwasser ist Super, kleiner sehr sauberer Strand mit Kies. Strandbar mit sehr nettem Personal. Lage ist etwas abgelegen, dadurch sehr ruhig. Die Hotelanlage liegt am Steilhang, dadurch sehr gute Aussicht von vielen Punkten, aber auch viele Stufen zu überwinden. Bus Transfer nach Kos City ist möglich.

C'est très embêtant de ne pas pouvoir réserver directement au restaurant, il faut repasser par la réception à chaque fois où aller sur leur application qui fonctionne une fois sur 2. Le petit déjeuner manque de mets locaux et de frais : trop de fruits en sirop c'est dommage. Les soirées sont très sympas, beaucoup de variétés dans les artistes de très haut niveau, évitez d avoir à faire à la brune du bar qui est impolie et désagréable au possible. Le très gros problème de cet hôtel est le parking : les employés se garent n importe où, assez près et la place est laissée au bus alors qu il y a largement la place de garer des voitures. Au lieu de ça il faut les garer au bord de la route ce qui n' est pas normal. La réception n' est même pas indiquée.Le spa est à fuir tant les massages sont mauvais et peuvent même provoquer des soucis de santé. La manager/ concierge est fantastique, elle résout tous les problèmes, une perle !

Es war alles gut. Sehr schöne Anlage. Wunderschöner Infinitypool. Kühles Zimmer bei ausgeschalteten Klimaanlage. Das Wasser wird leider in Plastik verteilt. Das Hotel sollte wiederverwendbare Flaschen verteilen.

Michelangelo is a stunning hotel with incredible views of the Aegean Sea with Turkey and other Greek islands on the horizon. Service was amazing and variety of food at the buffet was very good. The al a carte restaurants were good but didn’t wow us. It is a similar standard of food you get in the buffet (that may also show how good the food is). I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Modernes, sauberes Hotel mit besonderem Infinity Pool. Nettes Personal, guter Service. Meerwasser ist Super, kleiner sehr sauberer Strand mit Kies. Strandbar mit sehr nettem Personal. Lage ist etwas abgelegen, dadurch sehr ruhig. Die Hotelanlage liegt am Steilhang, dadurch sehr gute Aussicht von vielen Punkten, aber auch viele Stufen zu überwinden. Bus Transfer nach Kos City ist möglich.
