Absolutely superb service and facilities. The room was small but it was designed so aethetically and ergonomically well that I enjoyed being in the space very much. The staff are so helpful and kind. Their gentleness takes the "edge" off being in Hong Kong.

櫃檯員工專業而且又很親切，我們當天10:30辦理入住，員工也是親切的指引，接著還跟我們分享附近的美食。當晚入住後，另一位櫃檯人員也協助我們寄放的行李主動放入房內。 隔天退房時，因為我們要趕去沙田看賽馬，也是請櫃檯人員協助叫計程車，晚上再回來拿寄送行李時，所有人員的態度都很親切都很棒！

櫃檯員工專業而且又很親切，我們當天10:30辦理入住，員工也是親切的指引，接著還跟我們分享附近的美食。當晚入住後，另一位櫃檯人員也協助我們寄放的行李主動放入房內。 隔天退房時，因為我們要趕去沙田看賽馬，也是請櫃檯人員協助叫計程車，晚上再回來拿寄送行李時，所有人員的態度都很親切都很棒！

住宿位置好 離地鐵近 附近有便利商店等等很便利 飯店大廳在三樓 上客房要轉電梯小麻煩 腳踏墊沒有止滑 在房間摔倒了一次 回家發現被蟲咬了兩小包 如果打掃再更用心 可以考慮回訪

slightly expensive as a budget hotel. room is very small though tidy. There is no chair or proper table in the room, so if you eat inside the room, you will have to place it near the washing basin.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff with friendly and professional. They went out of their way to help provide an early check in since I arrived at 7:00am and was able to provide a room within 1-2 hours while I had breakfast and waited. It was greatly appreciated!

A great hotel in Wan Chai. The staff were exceptional, especially Chilly, when I extended my stay, she made every effort to make it as easy as possible! Will return for sure.

Very nice room for solo traveler. Clean/ Japanese style room. I don't think I would've liked it as much if I had to share the space with someone else as there was really only enough room for one suitcase (when opened up). The gym has a nice view. I forget the name of the girls who work the first floor elevators but they were really pleasant and nice. I was greeted with a smile whenever I came down the elevator and came back to the hotel. If I travel alone again, I'd def come back and stay here.

Nice hotel. Disappointment at being told rooftop bar was open until 12:00 but then found last order were 11:00, we showed up at 11:03! We only had one night but overall was fine. Wanchai didn’t open until after 11:00
