The Silveri Hong Kong - MGallery 真的毎次入住都讓我有賓至如歸的感覺。房間真的很寧靜，好似我這種對聲音很敏感的人是最適合的，不會怕被外邊的聲音打擾休息。儘管附近已有很多餐廳美食，但酒店內的餐廳也十分推薦。真的希望酒店能一直保持這個水準，很期待下次的入住。

基本上很完美，我個人因有椎間盤突出的問題不能睡太軟的床，今次房間的床褥軟硬適中。但唯一美中不足的是浴室的花灑水壓調節按鈕好像壞了，唔可以調高水壓。但我很快又會再入住，希望到時的房間完善。

酒店的質素極佳，裝修時尚高貴，床榻非常舒適，雖然沒有浴缸，但三個牆身花灑令人驚喜，只是水壓可以強一點。電視的設定有些奇怪，要選entertainment 再選TV，才可看電視，單用搖控的Channel調不到，所以要攪了一排才看到電視。電動窗簾很豪華，而且窗乃雙層玻璃，隔聲冇得頂，房門很厚重，我沒有測試隔聲效果。在頂樓的行政酒廊舒適時尚，食物酒水質素高級，我在該處check in, 職員服務講解貼心清晰，至於front desk就較細，人多時有啲擠迫，輪候時間稍長。整體而言，非常愉快。

比對於上一次六個月前住宿，退步非常多，首先訂行政房，行政酒廊冰淇淋不見了，多樣啤酒剩一樣，傍晚的酒水提供品項也少了。早餐服務人員連續兩天未詢問咖啡或飲品需求，跟他們說要冰拿鐵咖啡跟熱茶，送來熱黑咖啡，教育訓練有待加強。整體服務還不錯，硬體設備也都水準以上
