與家庭入住兩晚，大堂的格局與房內的設施是新簇簇的，所有的設備也保養得很好，連污跡也找不到。因為與嬰兒入住，一早與酒店的管家服務聯絡，安排了很多的嬰兒衛生設備給我們，非常體貼。所有酒店員工也很有善，要稱讚是二十四小時管家服務，非常方便，就是要查詢泳池多人與否也即時能回答。早餐及晚餐也是期望之外，「潤」中餐廳非常好。
