我们在香港的最后一晚，是在令人惊叹的香港W酒店度过的。我们升级到了酷角房，还额外加了一张床，非常感谢René！酒店的迎宾团队——René、Pearl、Karis和Gordon——还为我们准备了迎宾礼品，我们非常感动……感觉就像在家一样^^。还要感谢Chelsea，她快速的办理入住手续并带我们去了房间。还有Henry，他确保了我们顺利的退房。每个人都非常热情好客，下次香港之旅我们一定会再来的！谢谢香港W酒店 :)

Stayed in marvelous suite for 2 days. Wonderful environment: comfortable, clear, tidy & modern decoration. Staff were helpful & friendly. Buffet breakfast & dim-sum buffet were both delicious with various choices of food. However, still several improvement suggested to be made: 1. add Korean TV channel to the TV in both living room & sleeping room (it's strange that we could only watch TvN by the TV at the bathroom); 2. Add a glass door in the shower; 3. I found it was difficult to control the TV in living room by remote; 4. put an umbrella at the closet, which is common item in some other 5 star hotels.
Anyway, W hotel is definitely the 1st choice for my next staycation!

I stayed in W hotel HK many times in many years. The staffs are much friendly and helpful this time then earlier in the year! However, the repairing and replacements of facilities is slow and not up to the hotel’s standard. I am happy to see it get back to it’s standard although the progress is slower than other hotels.
