excellent location, looks a new hotel needs some time. the bath room could be better. AC has some sound issues. the food is a key issue. the hotel doesn't look to have its own hotel. menu is just limited and for breakfast absolutely no south Indian ??? it must improve on this front. the reception is young and accomadative

We stayed at this hotel only for 1 night as a stopover on a drive from Goa to Bangalore. The hotel was smart and clean and the room was a good size and the bathroom was clean enough and the shower was fairly powerful with good hot water. There is a modern restaurant on the top floor with a sizeable food offering. However out of the 12 wines listed on the menu, they had none! Breakfast was a traditional Indian offering in buffet style, however the modern looking hot holding tins we full of condensation so the vada and idli got very damp and soggy. We had booked half board with ebookers but were only told on check out that our evening meal wasn’t included as the hotel doesn’t have that arrangement with the restaurant anymore. Not happy about that especially as our waiter talked us into ordering more food than we really wanted.
