Bangunan tua, kurang terawat property nya, ada kompor tapi ga ada gas dan pancinya gimana bisa masak. Ada kettle tp kabel pendek jd hrs cari tatapan biar tinggi utk sentuk colokan listrik. Kurang terawat parkit di kamar bnyk yg kotor. Meja setrikaan pas dipakai roboh terus. Utk mas yg melayani sangat baik tp sangat disayangkan unitnya tidak terawat , kamar yg single handlenya patah sehingga susah tutup jendela. Kapok nginap disini.
