Secara umum apartemennya cukup bersih, akses mall, view kolam renang dan bisa pakai semua fasilitas apartemen. Internet cepat dan ada TV kabel di ruang tamu. Tapi yang perlu ditingkatkan di kamar tidur bantalnya sudah tua, bau dan perlu diganti, duvetnya tidak dikasih duvet cover jadi kurang nyaman. Suara exhaust di kamar mandi sangat kencang, cover sofa di ruang tamu perlu diganti karena banyak bekas noda. Sayangnya TV di bedroom dan washing machine rusak. Peralatan makan kurang lengkap dan agak kotor jadi saya harus cuci ulang. Tidak ada pisau di dapur (untung saya bawa pisau sendiri :D), tapi alat-alat untuk masak sudah disediakan. Unit hanya dibersihkan saat check in dan check out jadi kita harus bersihkan sendiri. Item seperti handuk dan toilet paper tidak disediakan cadangan jadi kalau tinggal lama, kita agak repot. Komunikasi dengan staff lancar dan baik.
