Respon pemilik apartemen tidak komunikatif dan sangat lama, dari proses mau check in jam 5 sore sampai 5x telpon komplain ke agen online, baru direspon jam 9 malem. Jadi baru masuk apartemen setelah nunggu 4 jam.

No drinking water. No free parking. No wifi. No shampoo and bath soap. Ants at the bed head. Electricity and aircon shut from dawn, 4 am and no response when we complaint via chat and call from 7 am -9 am.

Enak banget nginep di sini, udah murah, pelayanannya bagus, ruangannya juga bagus, lantai tertinggi dan yang penting cs nya responsif dan sangat membantu, bakal nginep di sini lagi nih kalo ada perlu. Good choice.

Tempatnya bersih jadi enak. Mungkin masalahnya cuma sink wastafelnya kamar mandi nya mampet, cuma ga jadi masalah besar karena ada wastafel juga di kamarnya. Overall nyaman dan worth it untuk harganya.
