别相信照片。如果价格便宜，最好在预订前先看房。我昨天的体验是，浴室冲水器坏了，马桶冲水器也坏了，房间里有异味，墙壁看起来像被海啸袭击过一样，抽屉里散落着烟头。总之，这套房子的维护很差。

我第一次住这间公寓（不是这家中介的）感觉还不错。房间漂亮干净，服务快捷，还提供Netflix。后来我换了中介，服务非常不尽如人意。回复慢，电视坏了，没有洗漱用品，床垫睡起来不舒服，电费卡也没充值。如果你还没准备好租，就别租了。如果不是迫不得已，我其实不想住在这里。请提高一下服务质量。

工作人员确实很友好，但是很懒惰。卧室区域及其周围非常脏，许多建筑物都有水渍。空调很吵（但很冷）。我们换了房间，因为之前房间的许多设施都损坏了。

Pengalaman terburuk di apt ini. Kamar dan kamar mandi sangat jorok. Kecoa sana sini. Shower putus. Bed amblas kayak kapal oleng. Ac tidak dingin. Sprei penuh bercak. Terlihat tidak di ganti-ganti. Book 2 malam stay cuma 1 malam karena sangat tidak nyaman. Plus di toilet bowl ad kondom bekas. Sungguh menjijikan. Mohon foto terbaru di unggah. Karena foto yang di cantumkan d aplikasi sangat tidak relevan dengan kondisi unit skg. Semua unit yh d kelola prisma sangat tidak layak untuk disewakan

Kurang responsive. Saat komplain tv rusak bilangnya teknisi nya bisa besok. Padahal besoknya check out. Sama beberapa keramik di lantai retak dan udah lepas. Semoga lebih baik lagi ke depannya, 👌.

Kamarnya sangat buruk, tidak layak dihuni. Kotor/tidak dirawat, (sprei kotor, AC mati, lantai kotor) sudah komplain ke pihak agen nya (prisma) tapi tidak di respon dan akhirnya langsung di cek out saja tidak jadi di tempati dan cari hotel lain skitarnya yang untung nya masih ada.

Tempat langganan kalau ke Bandung, kamar-nya wangi seperti biasa, cuma kemarin banyak banget anak kecoa + indukannya, malam-malam tidur enggak tenang kalau enggak berburu kecoa dulu 😭. Terus juga alat makannya enggak ada, kalau bisa mah dilengkapi sendok garpu. Yang lainnya bagus.

Kamar nyaman, WC enak lah, TV ada, cuma kalau mau nonton film harus berlangganan. AC ada, air buat minum yang enggak ada, masak disediain alat-alatnya yang enggak ada minyaknya hehe, kasur enak tapi bantalnya cuma 1, wifi ada lumayan lah di harga segitu.

Pesanan dibatalkan mendadak oleh pihak hotel, meskipun di refund tapi sangat mendadak dan membuat saya kesusahan untuk memesan dan mencari hotel lain mana pesan hotel di hari H lebih mahal.
