Seprai gampang copot. Karet seprei dah molor. Ga ada guling dan teko listrik. Pintu kamar dan kamar mandi enggak pas. Cukup merepotkan penghuninya. Parkir luas nyaman.

Kalau untuk pelayanan cukup memuaskan. Hanya kamarnya ada bau tidak sedap seperti bau wc menguap, mungkin ke depannya bisa lebih di perhatikan karena baunya sangat menggangu, sama sekalian kalau bisa lift nya di aktifkan lagi. Dan suasana hotel agak seram ya mungkin karena sebelumnya bekas rumah sakit.

Kamar luas terutama type family, nyaman aman memang terlihat sepi tapi sbnrya ada tamu yang lain cuma kalo malem di atas jam 9 security saja yang ada, petugas front office ramah dan untuk security jaga malam dan subuh pagi ramah tetapi security muda yang siang/sore tidak cekatan membantu lalin untuk tamu keluar masuk kendaraan mobil asyik bermain hp. Ke depan interior lobby dan luar gedung bisa diupgared kekinian dan lift agar dapat diaktifkan kembali.
