1. kesan pertama villa-nya oke banget. 2. cuma pas kemarin di villa jembrana banyak binatang sejenis mengganggu 3. cuma pliss tambahkan fasilitas lift untuk villa jembarana agak merepotkan kalau kurang bahan makanan keluar-luar naik turun tangga bewat pegal-pegal sekali. 4. senang juga komplain cepat ditanggapi.

Lokasi sebenarnya strategis, cuma harus jalan cukup jauh untuk ke villa karena mobil ukuran sedang susah masuk ke parkir villa. Yang bawa orang tua yang susah jalan, not recommended.

Great place, but need a few thing. First to get to our villa its 7 floor down in a staircase and that's really need extra effort or 150 - 200 meter walk down hill also need extra effort. It would be nice if they provide buggy ride or an elevator. Second the room is clean but it will be nice if they do some update especially on the room amenities, it's a bit old. Overall it was a nice hotel, lovely staff and it will be a lot better if they do some update.

Well it's perfect place to spend with group. They have 2 kind of villa with 7 or 10 people fits in and 2 toilet with it. 7 bed separate 3 bed downstair and 4 upstair, while the 10 bed separate 4 bed downstair and 6 upstair. There's a balcony/terrace in 7 bed villa, not for 10. Only a big fan in room upstair, no air conditioner. You can order for breakfast for idr 46k inc tax and services. Very nice air here. Good for lot of people.

Kami datang malam sekali, langsung di sambut dengan baik, proses check-in cepat, tempatnya enak adem banget, kamar luas ada 10 beds 2 kamar mandi. Top banget deh tempatnya. Recommended!

Keren luar biasa pemandangannya, villa luas dan nyaman, cocok untuk ramai-ramai keluarga. Buat foto dan selfie dimana saja hasilnya keren, indoor loby bagus, outdoor luar biasa, cocok banget buat foto preweding, romantis, sayangnya parkir jauh banget, tapi bikin sehat badan dengan jalan kaki, Ditambah menghirup udara segar bebas polusi dan memanjakan mata dengan memandang keindahan lukisan alam ciptaan tuhan. Hal yang tidak mungkin kita dapat di kota besar.

Overall bagus, lumayan,murah tapi sayangnya got didepan,villa tidak ditutup.jadi agak bau apalagi udaranya dingin, pas malam kecium banget baunya sampai ke atas,pas itu kami dapatnya di villa tabanan. kalau kebersihan, ok, kenyamanan ok, fasilitas ok.wifi agak lambat, lumayan lah, cuma dibenahi di got yang di depan itu saja bau sekali.
