Plus: banyak tempat makan sekitar apartemen dan dekat sekali dengan Mall Baywalk. Minus: Password wifi diberi apabila kita download/booking lewat travelio (saya protes ke aplikasi dan akhirnya diberi). Daya listrik tidak cukup apabila AC dan pemanas air dinyalakan bersamaan.
