Sampe harus bayar lagi. Katanya kurang. Karrna uda gak bekerja sama dengan traveloka. Harusnya kalo emang uda gak kerjasama jangan tampil lagi ditraveloka. Kalo gini kan ngrugiin customer.

The AC was not working properly (a fan is even better than this hot AC). The room was small, and the size of what they call a double bed is just around 1.2m wide with only 1 pillow. My room was on the 4th floor, and I had to go through their small stairway to get to the 4th floor. No towel or any amenities in the shower. The staff was not very helpful when I complained about the AC. I'm not gonna recommend anyone to stay in this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable sleep.

Kamar ga sesuai dengan foto. Baru masuk wc ada bulu jem*t, air tergenang di saluran, ada bekas kencing ga disiram. Cuma numpang tidur doang di sini terpaksa karena udah kecapekan.
