CHIC ROOM AT BYTE BED & BREAKFAST

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:00 - 12:00.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

This space is located in a not-too-touristy neighbourhood, close to many points of interests in a southern area of Yogyakarta city, homy, clean, and it has huge parking space for cars and motorbikes (However, please notify us by SMS or Whatsapp if you plan to park your car inside the house, the parking area for car is first come first serve based with special guidelines). Each room is equipped with private small Indonesian bathroom (shower+toilet) and no sink in it, hot water is included and we use solar panel so it may take a while for the water to turn hot wait 1-2min. I live in the front house which is separated from the BnB. Breakfast is self service, we provide bread+jam+coffee and tea, please help yourself.
We really want our guest to enjoy their stay at our place and therefore to make sure of that, with all due respect, please take some times to read the house rules. We preserve all rights to remind and take further actions if needed when guests behave against our house rules. Thanks!
-Please keep the facility clean and spotless
-smoking is only allowed in the provided outdoor seating area outside
-no noise after 10pm
-no sandals/shoes inside the house
-no drugs abuse and absolutely no criminal activities
-always clean up after yourself in all common areas
-always keep your belonging safe and lock the door when u leave
-turn off lights and ac when not in use
-any complaints during the stay can be directed to the host and we will try our best to accommodate them
-smoking is only allowed in the designated area, violation of this policy will bear fine of 500k IDR per room.
