Tidak ada handuk mandi, tidak ada teh / kopi, rak-rak masih berdebu, saya minta tidak di kirim-kirim bahkan tidak ada kabar kelanjutan, hingga saya mesti beli handuk 😢 tidak ada wifi jadi TV pun saya tanya bagaimana nyalakan gak bisa koneksinya.

Kamar kotor, debu banyak. Sarung bantal ngga ada. Di atas kasur banyak rambut. Dan udara lembab. Kami ngga jadi nginap. Tapi ngga bisa refund. Jadi kami rugi 1 juta lebih. Kami tidak sempat foto kondisi kamar nya karena sudah kecewa. Proses check in juga lama. Karena tidak ada staf yang standby di lokasi. Mohon diperhatikan agar tidak merugikan pihak penyewa.
