Kunci pintu untuk masuknya pakai digital, saya sudah masukin kode yang dikasih tp pintu gak bisa dibuka. Saya ke Kunci di luar selama 1 jam. Saya udah coba WA ke roomboy gak direspon, saya WA ke WA center gak direspon, saya telp ke call center berulang kali gak di respon, pas direspon cewek yang nerimanya, dia bertanya ke saya dengan pertanyaan yang sama berulang-berulang kali padahal saya sudah aktifkan roaming karena saya mau ke LN (pasti Tagihan telp saya bln depan akan mahal). Wifi nya gak konek, tempat tidurnya kayunya lepas (pas saya mau tidur ambruk jadi dibenerin dulu). Waktu saya baru dateng roomboy minta saya isi penilaian katanya harus dinilai waktu itu juga kata saya, saya kan baru dateng. Kalau saya tahu kondisi seperti ini saya akan kasih bintang 1 bukan bintang 5. Saya check out jam 04.00 subuh. Tdnya suami saya mau kembali ke apartemen setelah anterin saya, jadi gak jadi karena takut ke kunci lagi di luar. Akhirnya suami saya langsung pulang ke Bandung. Ruangannya bau apeuk. Parkiran harus bayar (dihitung per jam sama kayak kita parkir di Mall).
