Staffnya sangat membantu, kamarnya nyaman, tapi sayang kamarnya agak kotor (kitchennettenya berdebu, banyak kecoa kecil di kamarnya, spons cuci piringnya bahkan sampe berbelatung), mohon ditingkatkan lagi kebersihan kamarnya ya, thanks 🙏.

Kamar apartemen yang disewakan. Tidak untuk semua orang. Nambah 100-200k mending hotel sebelahnya. Parkirnya bayar sendiri hampir 50k.

Langganan nginep di sini, staffnya ramah, pengurusnya juga ramah dan baik banget. Waktu itu dapet unit yang agak beda dari sebelumnya, pas komplen minta ganti, langsung diganti, bener-bener yang namanya komplen customer itu ditanggapin. Ga pake nanya a i u e o, begitu minta pindah unit, langsung sigap. Sedikit evaluasi saja untuk unit AC nya mohon diperhatikan ya agar lebih dingin lagi. Minta ganti handuk per hari, langsung dianter sama staffnya. Seluruh pelayanan aman.

Unitnya bagus banget, pelayanan agennya juga ramah & helpful. Lokasi strategis, banyak tukang makanan di depan, di samping ada familymart. Very recommended. Next time bakal balik lagi.
