Kamar tidak sesuai di foto. Ga ada tv. Kamar mandi di luar. Air tidak ada. Lingkungan berisik. Saya cuma setengah jam langsung cekout karena mengecewakan. Saran saya kalo dagang tolong jangan nipu orang dengan fasilitas yang ga ada sama sekali.

Kamar yang saya pesan tidak sesuai dengan foto yang ada di aplikasi. Sungguh penipuan yang luar biasa. Uang saya juga hangus dan tidak bisa di refund. Saya sangat kecewa sekali dengan hotelnya. Sudah banyak konsumen ketipu sama hotel ini.

Pelayannya ngeselin, mau check in nunggu lama gak ada resepsionis nya. Ketika datang bukan di cek kode booking malah di tanyain mesen apa. Ngotot mau ngasi kamar yang kamar mandi nya di luar padahal mesen dengan kamar mandi di dalam. Nyesuaikan kamar dengan harga yang kita pesan dengan harga di lokasi bukan dengan di aplikasi. Lingkungannya bising banget mau tidur juga susah karena mesin airnya berisik terus sepanjang hari buat gak bisa tidur.
