Accommodation does not serve free extra breakfast.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Any parties or events are not allowed in this accommodation.

A damage deposit of IDR 1500000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Before you use anything in the house e.g., toaster, microwave, towels, we ask that you be willing to replace anything that is damaged or lost. Everything will be in full working order when you rent the house/rooms, and we ask that it be that way when you leave. Any and all damages will be deducted from the security deposit.

No drug use, Indonesia laws regarding drug use are very strict, and this is not the country to visit if you cannot abstain for the time you are here.

Do not bring or eat smelly fruit/food at the villa. Fruit like Durian/Durio is strictly prohibited inside the Villa.

To prevent ants or any other insect/animals, please do wash and dry every plate or kitchen utensils that you use for cooking your meal etc. For guest stays at 4-bedroom private pool villa, do not leave foods, fruits or any kitchen utensils on the 3rd floor (open space area) that may attract animals or insect.

You will be provided with one or two large towels, plus a pool towel, per person per stay/week, if you require extras we will be happy to provide them for the posted laundry rates.

Check in is after 3:00 pm. For arrivals at the house at or after 09:00 pm there is a late check-in fee of Rp 150,000.

Please do not play music that can be heard beyond the house

Male, female or transgender prostitutes are strictly prohibited in this property. Our house seated on the community village with their traditional culture, please do not break these rules.

There's 10 security cameras in the public area, including camera to the pool. Camera to the pool will be shutdown after you check-in. There's no surveillance device in the villa, bedroom or bathroom interior.

The swimming pool deepest depth is 140-160 cm, so please beware and watch your children when they play nearby, we're not responsible of anything happen with your children.

We design our house to blend with surrounding tropical nature, some space without fences, please watch your children when playing. We're not taking any responsibility for any injuries at the time your stay.

We do not allow you to rent back our villas for other guests or give to the other people than you to stays.

Potential for noise - Our property located on the main road, so sometimes there's a noise from vehicles passing by.

Must climb stairs - our property seated on the small hill, so there's some stairs (17-19 steps) to reach the villas.
