Konek dengan Travelio, prosedur check in awal agak ribet, tapi stafnya ramah, juga wifinya awal bermasalah karena modem tidak langsung diberikan saat check in, tapi malamnya diantarkan juga. So far oke untuk kualitas roomnya.

Saya tidak suka untuk transaksi kali ini ternyata dimasuk di aplikasi travelio, saya tidak menemukan pernyataan kebijakan kalau direct ke aplikasi lain yang menurut saya belum matang dalam teknis dan konsep, merepotkan, bertolakan dengan alasan saya langganan agen online ini yang simple namun kali ini kecewa. Tidak ada keterangan sebelumnya bahkan saat mau check in saya menghubungi no kontak apart yang tidak bisa di hubungi ternyata masuk di aplikasi sebelah yang tidak sharing dengan aplikasi serta butuh waktu mengelikan untuk install daftar login setor deposit bahkan foto KTP, saya tersinggung kami di sulitkan karena saat itu dalam rangka perjalanan keluarga!
